I agree. I can't stand people who talk on their cell phones and drive at the same time. I'm not being sexist or anything, but I've noticed a large amount of women drivers do this more often. I noticed quite a bit of guys doing it too, but not as much as women. Why do this? Why I ask you? In my opinion, they deserve the accident, ticket, or whatever they get as a result. It's just annoying to me, especially when they get in my way, and don't pay attention to the road.

I dont know I've seen as many women do this as men, but Iv'e also seen women putting on make-up and mascara while driving.I've a number of people checking themselves in the mirror while driving but i agree the most annoying is the cell phone while driving. Especially when you have other people in the car it's kind of rude.I hope it becomes illegal here too >.>

It was about midnight and no one was on the road so I thought I would try to see how people can text and drive at the same time. It's impossible to do both effectively. People who try are morons and need to wait until they get home. Or heck... pull over or go to a gas station for all it's worth you save your life. You may be accident free now but if you keep going you're bound to get in one... deadly or not it doesn't matter. You would probably injure yourself or the person you hit for life. Have you ever seen that documentary that shows text and driving? This one girl is in deep depression because she literally killed her friend with a text. The text read "lol" commenting to something she said and that three letter word ended her friend's life. She said "I know I didn't literally kill her, but my text literally did and I will never be able to delete this message I sent because it is the reason for her life being lost. Please everyone if you get a text while driving please wait until you are not driving to read it. A text is meant to be read when you have the time."

My Bad for running off the road... the popcorn machine in the passenger seat distract me from keeping my phone to my ear and eyes on the toaster strudel in the dashboard toaster.... uh... I mean eyes on the road... my eyes were on the road.. when I swerved to avoid you...sorry.. gotta love these American cars.. they are equipped with everything... JK

As far as texting and driving... I was driving and my then friend was mad at me, He and I had a entire conversation about what was bothering him via text.... He was in the passenger seat... (True Story)... He did this often... even on the couch... weirdo...

I predict 4 out of 5 people that posted here have done it. And I'm being generous by not saying 4.9.

Interesting.
Again, my edit made more sense.

There is no way that 4.9 of the people here have done it.

That's just being ridiculous.

Either way, whether people have done something does not justify whether you do it too.

I hate when people use their phones while driving as well. A few weeks ago, someone was texting and started to veer left towards my side of the lane. Good thing I noticed early and slowed down. I could've been in a car accident :x

Big problem right now, main reason for car accidents. Driving with one hand and using the cell phone in the other, not fun.

I sometimes use my phone while I'm driving. Not for texting though. I only use it if someone calls me or if I need to call someone and I put it on speaker.

Crashing alot here in California because of it, glad they put the law in, but doesn't seem everyone acknowledges it yet =/ (still see tons of people on cell phones, swerving around while they talk, wondering why they don't just get a headset )

That's an agreeable situation. In fact, it's very agreeable. That's how car accidents happen now in the 21st century. I'm only 14, but I'm not really stupid to text while driving.
