Full Metal Alchemist. The very notion of fair trade and it not actually being fair at all, and bad choices will come back to bite you. Literally in some cases.

Also Naruto of course. I mean the guy never quits no matter what. Will of fire indeed!

code geass, taught me that the objectives that are proposed that are right for you, it can also harm people or benificial others, not everyone will leave happy. but you have to go with it and avoid doubts you have.
that, change your ideas or goals when things as the merits, and not be tied to them (avoid stubbornness).
that you must control your emotions and be calm in order to think clearly and not make decisions lightly.
also, as human beings we can drop the darkness, and sometimes make bad decisions feel defeated, but if you have people who support you, open your eyes, can afford to leave that situation and follow the right path you've drawn, provided that your decide to move it.

and about the death of Lelouch, he wanted to destroy everything related to code geass, cc would have killed him if he would have the code geass and serious immortal. but leave it to CC, one for her to also look for their happiness.
that CC, replaced and could die in the mamos Suzuka, and again revived.
although, I think Suzuko Lelouch could not forgive for the things he did, involves the death of euphenia.
although there are doubts about the death of Lelouch. at the end, it seems that CC is talking to him or the guy who manages the float. he looked like Lelouch. although it did not show either the face.

Gintama is much deeper then you think. It all depends on how you're watching it... quote... "Don’t run away! You yourself have to change first, or nothing will change for you! You can’t just run away, especially from things you really want to forget!"

and

"“A person’s life is like carrying a heavy burden while walking a long road.” When I first heard it, I thought it just sounded so lame. But, I guess you can’t just dismiss what old people say. It wasn’t really a burden. It was something important that you held with both hands. But you didn’t realise it was there when you held it. I only realised its true weight after it slipped from my hands. I don’t know how often I thought “I’ll never carry this again.” But, all of a sudden, I’m feeling that weight again... If I really threw it all away, it would be easier. But, regardless, I don’t feel like it. It would be too boring to keep walking without them.""

and finally

"The best way to live a full way is to be a child, no matter what your age."
