I numbed my nuts from jacking off a ton when I was...12-14yo...Good times. 
It still hurts, but not as much as it used too... I think I killed some nerves...
Getting hit by a soccer ball when I was 12 compared to now does not hurt as bad.

I think it generally goes without saying that if your well-being is on the line, anything can go.
Not sure if that's considered a "right" or "entitlement" though.
Likewise I don't think anyone ever has the right to take another person's life.
There's just more acceptable scenarios for it such as war, self-defense, etc.

I would never claim it as entitlement or a right.. just a means to an end.
IE. If someone of the opposite sex threatens me in a way where their nuts are the easiest target for me to obtain my chance at freedom, then I will take it. Better not to take chances.

To OP, Have you ever been in a fight at all? It is funny because most men (including me) won't go there, but women will do anything to win. I have seen a 90 pound woman take down a 250 pound man by crushing his balls. But when I am in a serious fight (not your drunken bar fights or stupid school arguments) I will use it to protect myself and mine.

Thanks to reflexes, I've never been kicked in the nuts by a girl.

I'm a nurse and once got punched out of the blue by a crazy old man I was helping sit down on a chair. BTW. the groin has a lot of nerves clustered for both sexes. being incapacitated by a hard hit to that location is not Unique to guys.

Lightly slap a dude in the balls and it's gonna hurt. Do the same to a woman's groin and it's nothing.
Obviously there's a large difference. Getting incapacitated by a hit to that location is a hell of a lot more likely in a male.

I've never been "kicked in the nuts" mainly because I don't make enemies xD! But accidents do happen.. -.- So Once I was playing football (YES SOCCER) Well, the ball flew right into the spot xD It was a pretty hard kick, but I managed ;D
