When you favorite a series you are given the option to be emailed when a new video is posted. I think this is a great idea but it doesn't work, at least for me.

I've checked my Junk mail and it's not going there. I successfully receive the Daily Deal and other email from CR...just no notification of new videos.

I'm the same, I have a dozen or so series' in my email subscription list. I've never received any email notifications telling me a new video was out. To me this is one of the most important features Crunchyroll could provided. Please let me know what can be done to resolve this.
