5 kage summit who is d strongest on them?

who do u think the most strong in the 5 kages summit? WHY? EXPLAIN UR ANSWER?
gaara - 5th kazekage
oonoki - 3rd tsuchikage
danzo - 6th hokage
mei terumi - 5th mizukage
A - 4th raikage

Old man Danzo was only filling the seat temporaily and sadly I say he's the weakest A Killer is the strongest imo.

I think that Garra is the strongest.......
Haven't really seen the mizukage, raikage or tsuchikage in action a whole bunch.....
but well, honestly they are all the top ninjas so they are all good...

A Killer wouldn't have been made general of all the militaries if he wasn't the strongest, sadly I don't find Gaara close to Mei strength that lady has Insane levels of abilities she might be even more powerful then Tsunade.

I think the only reason that A killer was put in charge was because:
his village still had a tailed beast
Danzo couldn't be trusted after his little scam
the water village had the most suspicions concerning the akatsuki
the earth village used the akatsuki too much
and Garra was too young

They explained all of this in an episode....

the strongest is really hard to determine, because they all seem to be KRAZY strong. I mean Mai has two kekkei gen kai. lava, and vapor. Raikage is in par with Minato as speed goes, lightining armor, and things weve yet to see. 3 tsuchikage has a real bad ass jitsu, the nuclear jitsu, some ultimate stealth jitsu(we havent seen yet), and monstrous strength. Tsunade, you know she is holding back some type of powers, and she cant be killed in battle, and a legendary sanin of the hidden leaf. TOUGH, Danzo doesnt count cause like J cossey said, he was filling the need for Tsunade, and hes dead now.

1. Raikage- He is the general of the Allied Shinobi Forces, so that carries alot of weight in this decision,
2 Tsuchikage- He would be #1 if he was younger, but still a bad ass, and has the most expierance of all Kage.
3. Tsunade- I cant place her in the lower half of this list, so she is in the Middle.
4. Mei- Probably can be placed higher but havent seen enough yet to just do that, We've seen her ninjitsu, want to see some more taijitsu as well,
5.Gaara- I love gaara's character, and his youth is what puts him down here. of course we havent seen if hes mastered some new techniques like the second kazekage's metal sand, but im sure gaara will rise up this list sooner or later.

2nd Kazekage?, that was the 3rd Kazekage that had the metal sand
