You could benefit from varying the thickness of the lineart, and I think the right eye (our left) is not in proper perspective, because it's a somewhat side view and the eye still looks like we're seeing the girl head-on (which we're not).
I personally like the sketch more, and some great artists just color over their sketch instead of making lineart. I think it makes for a nice style

I'm still practicing how to paint... have a long ways to go
And the style of the floating... orb/planet/round object was purposely done. I'm not going for smooth painting.

Don't ask me what it is

That's a wonderful way to practice actually, and you're a very diligent person for doing it!

Observing the effects of light on balls will help prepare you for lighting scenarios on more complex organic objects, and it's absolutely essential if you ever want to get into painting.

You get an A++ for effort and initiative. 10/10.

(Even if I totally don't understand why the light on top of the ball is green...)

Hm.

I guess I have to put something here don't I?

Sorry if I happen to be a little more strict in ratings than others here.
I think your lines are a little stiff , anatomy wise could also be improved.

Here's mine.

10/10 without a doubt, it would've been a 10/10 without color but you made it even better with color

@Suavisification 6.5: your face shape is not stable. I like how you draw the body and the movement shades of the coat.

@Myo_Chan: Myo_chan from MAL? If so, *waves hello*

Here's mine. This still needs works. The hair needs flexibility, some more frames here and there, and the face needs works. I still need to add the roses.

I since it's still under process I'll give you an 8.5
I'm nopt much into arts and drawings I can't even draw one to save my life. However I'll try my best to put into words what I'm currently seeing...
I love the movement and I'm sure it will come out as something beautiful if you continue it (with the plan of making the hair move and the face and the roses) The drawing is kinda like in Hayate no Gotoku....

this one is the second page of my friend's attempt at making a manga (behind those walls is the title)
Tell me honestly, what you think. Your words of constructive criticism will be greatly appreciated since I will be forwarding that to her page as a gift and encouragement to remind her to never give up.
Here it is....

@Myo_Chan: 8. I think this is better than your digital ones because I like traditional feel to this. It leaves your expression. I wonder if you can use this method on your digital ones.

Here's mine. Just a simple walk and squat test. Its not much but o well =P

7/10, the shadows are a bi too soft for my taste.

Nice detail and shadow placement. On an i to pi (where i is the square root of -1, and pi is 3.1415926...), I'd rate it a 2.9 (for comparison, I tend to rate myself between 2.573 and 2.82).

That's a nerdy ass rating, but seeing as how i'm pretty close to 3.14... thanks
