Yeah you are. You're taking something that you should be paying for and getting it free. That is stealing.

You can try to prove me wrong, or you can try to be sarcastic and witty.

The world is grey, but stealing is stealing in this case.

Yes, but on the other hand isn't it stealing when distributors raise DVD prices unreasonably to steal money from the customers as opposed to keeping prices moderate so more ppl would buy? I stream on other sites do to quality or tech issues but never download just because I can view off the internet as easily as putting in a DVD, but over last 3 months watched the prices on an anime I wanted, it almost doubled in price.
A decade old anime. It makes me question the how unjust it is to DL issue.

Well if I own the DVD and it has those hideous and lazy YELLOW subtitles I will get the torrent with fansubs. I don't really see a problem with it. Now if you never buy and just torrent you're a bastard though.

The only reason I use crunchy roll is because I'm too busy/lazy(insert synonym) to find the files like I used to. $7 a month is a small price to pay for not having to scour the internet for certain anime videos. Although some series aren't on here....

I don't see a moral issue with it. In less than 100 years there will be WW3. Countries are going to throw down nukes at eachother and everyone and anything will be dead >_> Enjoy your anime. Just ask yourself whether you care or not- I don't.

I will generally look for legal sources first.
I will only turn to torrents if I cant find a legal source and then I will watch it once and wait for the BD/DVD if I really enjoyed it.

It`s true that it is stealing, but its definitely a light crime. You need to decide for yourself if your morale will allow it.

Technically I think it would be seen as illegal, howver I don't think this is morally wrong as you are still paying for it.
(If you use XBMC then I think there is a plugin for Curnchyroll streaming, and if you dont why not?)

Copyright and Intellectual Property laws are probably one of the most poorly documented/implemented laws in that many activities which are perfectly legal are resticted as they are percived by the government and ISPs to be illegal, e.g. the US gocernment taking down MegaUpload, all it did was share files, by this logic should they not also take down Dropbox, Google Drive, Amazon Cloud and any other service that lets you store a file online since they could all be used to distribute illegal content.

I don't particularly like the general impression that people get when you say you use torrenting to downlad files, sure there is a lot of illegal use, but it also happens to be how I download a lot of open source software, hence I get annoyed when I find that my ISP blocks the use of P2P file sharing.

Why not?? That is the only way that you can enjoy all the anime u want to watch unless you are wealthy or foolish (no offense to anyone on CR) and buy all the box sets you wants and spend thousands of dollars in the process
