I personally prefer Effie.. she's got a sweet nurturing personality and is rather cute.. and an adult (Loli's are cute, but let's be sane for a moment).. with a massive dairy in her blouse.

And if you have read the most recent chapter of the mange, it's proven there LOL!

I also prefer Elfleda Mirjasdottír lol for the above reasons also.

Also, before I say anything else: out of the choices: Asuha would be my favorite just because of how energetic she is.

Lotte all the way. I also like Mercelida a lot.

I believe Lotte is probably the most favorite. But its not surprising since she is the main heroine of the show. Her past is sad indeed and current position. Somehow I don't think she wants to be a succubus really which you will think so too if you watch it on and so forth. The music is great. it has that medieval feel to it but has that fantasy part as well. Plot is very touching and dramatic.

I kind of think the Queen was rushed through. Character development, plot, etc. it didn't bring a lot of detail about what happened in the past and such. Also I just wanted to slap her. She almost felt like an antagonist really. I mean sure she did some stupid things in the past but she still hasn't learned it. I know there is an OVA or special that talks about her past but still..... Overall, I kind of wished these characters had more development in it and the whole show could have easily took its time. I mean it could have had 2 seasons. literally. to make the pieces slowly fit together. I think the anime was a tad rushed. Might be just me but I think if they slowed it down and had 2 seasons at least and had more info about the conflicts they had currently or in the past, it would fit together nicely.
