The way i see it, there's two ways this can work out. in the end of season 2, it shows the blips of the next characters to be conquered, we all know that. either this a dead indicator that there will be a season 3, or that they're leaving it open so that if and when they decide to make a season 3, they can pick it right up where they left off. personally, I'm hoping for option number 1 because i think that this is a series that needs to have an anime that covers the whole story.  |

I would love a third season. The second ends so brilliantly, and there's a lot more in the manga (which is well worth reading, of course).

The manga already so far ahead, they really need to continue with the anime production, especially if they want to give this series true justice. The Goddess arc needs to be animated: they already released the Tenri ova and the ova in season 2 that basically sets up the first signs of the goddesses, especially for the Tenri arc since Diana was introduced. Not to mention, the goddess arc is probably the best part of this series overall; I loved the earlier work, but seeing it all come together in the goddess arc really makes the series worthwhile.
This probably will mean they will make a season 4 if they want to get to the goddess arc, so lets hope season 3 goes successfully so the fans can see that happen!!!
