Reddit is basically a website where you can submit any sort of content, showing all sorts of awesome content from the internet everyday. AMA is an abbreviation for "Ask Me Anything". Basically famous people, or other interesting people (in this case Crunchyroll) make a thread where they allow the people of the internet to ask them anything on their mind.

Had some nice read on that site, thank you Crunchyroll.
I've yet to complain, as I know the problems with torrented anime and such. Of course since I've been on the site for a bit more then 4 years, seeing it change have been fun, but at the same time exhausting as I am a bit bad at adapting.
Though, I'm still here, still having fun watching anime and not having to worry about waiting for subs to be uploaded (as before).
So I would like to thank Crunchyroll for giving me / us the chance of watching anime from Japan.

There are a lot of people that are die-hard "sub only fans".
But, There are a number of people who would like the option of having a Dub available.
My wife is one of those people.
To all you die-hards that would deny others from enjoying the anime, GROW UP!
To you "snobs" I say that if you can only get the feeling with sub, Learn Japanese to really get the feeling.....
Isn't CR trying to make the option a reality? That is what was said to me in an email question about a month ago with CR staff.
