Anime:
A lot. my anime crushes change with the season. I really like just about anyone who is really sincere, open/ honest and nice in their relationships. Love- or Friendship-wise. A lot of the guys and girls I like are kind of Kuu-Dere or Dan-Dere.
A few well-known examples: Otohime Mutsumi from Love Hina (I know she's come up a bunch in this thread), Kino Makoto from Sailor Moon, Nara Shikamaru from Naruto, or, really, any of the people/characters mentioned above fit this type.
I tend to appreciate sincerity, and I just plain love cuddling, and it really shows in who I like, I think.. =)
