A Bad Start.

When I have a bad morning, it has a negative impact on the rest of the day, especially my productivity.

The other day I got into an argument, and I noticed I didn't do as well as I normally would on the treadmill.
Unlike the previous day, where I had a good morning so I was able to do as much things as I could.
Today I've also got off to a bad start, I've barely done the things I planned to do today.

This doesn't happen to me too much I'm glad to say. I do find ways to get over it, since sometimes I don't let stupid things bother me that much. But there are moments in life where it can be difficult to avoid letting a bad start have a negative impact on the rest of the day.

Does this happen to you? If yes, then how do you deal with it?

It does happen to me, I plan a day to go out with my friends and I end up not going because I don't feel like it.

I just sleep more and think about the positive events I may have o-o

EG: I'm going to draw all day.
Positive thoughts: I will be pleased with the effort put into it.

I guess it's just positive thinking, sleep, eating and your everyday needs.

the same goes to me... when i wake up and i feel dizzy and stuff, i too also feel unproductive when i have a bad start

I have days like that. Its like climbing a hill but you keep falling back down, I just say screw it and go and play on Live or play guitar. Or I just listen to music on my bed and fall asleep. If I'm in work then I just push myself to the end of the day and cook something really nice to eat when I get home. Thinking of something you're looking forward to also helps

I'm only bad when I get stuck watching anime or playing games and forget to eat then go to sleep and wakeup with zero energy.

Everyone has days like that, anyone who says otherwise is a liar. I deal with it by smiling, and smiling, and smiling...

IMO the worst kind of day is when everything is completely normal, and nothing extraordinary happens throughout, but at the end of the day, you have no idea where you stand in life.

Everyone has a day like that once in a while. I just push myself to get through the day. When I go home, I just relax and think about the good part of the day.

How I deal with bad mornings? Just sigh, take my vitamins and supplements, and work out. Yeah, bad mornings bother me and I wish I could avoid them altogether, but they happened so not much I can do. The most I can do is just remain on track. Sometimes, it can really be debilitating and I just go back to bed.

Listening to music or watch something that makes me happy cheers me up on a bad day.

These days I usually talk to one of my friends at the end of the day to exchange thoughts on how the day played out..then I go to sleep and see how I feel in the morning,

I've had that when I made the girl I like sad. Had no energy and couldn't enjoy anything. Luckily it got worked out and yeah that's how it was solved.

Back in the day though I would usually end up in fight with someone, because when you are like that you already feel like crap, so when someone you have no feelings or attachment to tries to mess with you, your fuse is already gone... And yes after beating the crap out of them or having the crap kicked out of me I usually felt waaay better. Not saying anyone should do this because it's wrong but it always used to clear my mind.

sure thing happens every now n then i just look for somethin i like to do for some 30 minutes or so plus a lot of caffine , thats all it takes .....unless u are 2 busy then i suggest 2 find a little space to chat to someone to clear out your head ....yup
