A Bad Start.

yea it actually happens a lot to me. I just go on with the day, not much i can do about it.

This often happens to me..and i end up not having a good day >< ;;; although, sometimes..~ it was a bad start- but ends up GOOD ^^ ~ it depends.~

yea if i wake up in a bad mood theres no turnin back till the next mornin ... and i usually have some sort of bitch-rant throughout the day

Because of others? Not really. There are those working days I start with a massive hangover that won't even let me see the car in front tho.

yeah most of the day sucks from there but sometimes its something really small that brings the entire day up

Having a poor start to the morning is common. It's just a mental thing that hampers your confidence and how you approach stuff. If you succeed at something, you will feel a lot better about yourself. The key here is, after starting badly, you do something you are good at, to get a feeling of accomplishment.

TL;DR You screwed up, try something you can do, feel better about yourself, then do other stuff well.

Usually I start every morning being able to read messages from my lover, and not to sound all squishy and whatnot but it makes every day pretty flip fucking tastic. If I happen to have a bad morning though I either repress it or shoo away the bad thoughts and bring positive ones to my mind.

With me it really just depends on the things that happen and the people I see the rest of the day. Some days with a bad start are just disastruous, while on other days, I might be cheerful and/or hyper and laughing with friends after the morning's over.

I think that's why I go to the gym to feel I can still breath! lol it's usually so calm and normal everyday it's nauseating... I should appreciate it, but I couldn't help feeling empty.

Then I found the solution (at least for me) going to the gym helps tremendously! I go 2 times a day, in the morning so I feel energetic all day and at 8-9pm, get home, take a bath and go to sleep like an angel! then I wake up feeling good and I noticed that I can handle problems better and I try not to stress over them.

Not only the gym has helped me but also the food, I changed my eating habits (I love to watch Dr. Oz) and started taking vitamins....overall I feel better with myself, inside and out, and that's helped me a lot with problems, work and school. Confidence is very important and when I lacked confidence I was always depressed and it was easier to stress out over every single little problem.

Also, reading books and photography have always been my gateway because it's my passion...when you're sad, just do something you're passionate about and don't stay alone inside the house...it'll just make it worse, go out and take a walk!
