I especially love gun fights, but other kinds of actions are fine too. Preferably, mechas and/or magic aren't the central part of the anime. Comments: Sorry I had to put down so many requirements, it's just that I absolutely hate going half way through an anime and find myself hating it. I watch a lot of animes VERY fast, so I already exhausted a huge load of good animes(watching animes is like eating meals for me). So here's some examples of animes that I watched and liked: Noir, Madlax, El Cazador, Devil May Cry, Gunslinger Girl, Innocent Venus, Darker Than Black, Black Lagoon, Black Cat, Witchblade, Claymore, Elfen Lied, Heroic Age, Shana, Night Wizard, Basilisk. So yeah, please recommend an anime or two that are similar to those listed above. Thanx a lot.

azrael7 468 cr points Send Message: 26 / M / San Jose California Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 1/1/08, edited 4/18/08 berserk was pretty good, but i dont remember how long. guy with sword, cutting lots of people into lots of tiny pieces. look up the description on crunchy roll it will be better and my memorys fogy. um also blue gender was really good. it has mecha and advanced scifi weapon type dealies...but it was very good very gory. the anime was so good that im recommending it to you in lou of the fact that you said no mecha... trigun was good but dont know how long it was. its a comedy gun slinger type dealy(btw for some reason i cant change websites my comps acting up...so i cant check how long the animes are) and um if you didnt know i heard they are making another season of gunslinger girl for this year so yeah that might be worth looking into for you... really check the descriptions for all of these and look for screen shots, i think you might like them, but im not sure if they completely fit in with your percise descriptions. sorry to make you do foot work..at any rate im off to restart my computer!

There are 2 seasons to the anime...so yeah check it out... if you like that anime you might also like Full Metal Panic(3 season, 2nd season fumoffu is more comedy based, and season three the second raid is more action based) which is about a mercenary trying to protect a special highschool girl by being her body guard...there is mecha in this anime and its action romance comedy...so yeah... ill keep thinking of animes....
