It's one of Key's works so they're trying to get tears from your eyes and they do a pretty damn good job of it. And yes, it's the same company that made Angel Beats!

Thanks for clarifying beacuse i didn't know if they were two totally different series or if it was a remake of an old series like FMA and FMA:Brotherhood. Thanks Again

Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai - a recent anime that's pretty good in my book. I recommend this. Ano Natsu de Matteru - current ongoing anime. Watch it on CR. It's an interesting slice of life with sci fi theme in it as well. Ofc, it also involves high school life. Amagami SS+ - divided into arcs where it features a girl and Junichi, the main character. Pretty funny that centers around high school. The current 2nd season sequel continues where the first season arcs left off. Myself; Yourself - one of my favorites. Be aware though this is a rather serious anime but still contains great comedy and romance plots. Itazura na Kiss - funny, romance, and great characters are what describes this anime series. It does derive into more of a university setting later on but still great to watch. I haven't seen Sket Dance yet btw. Is it good? Thanks for the great response (this is a month late, I know). I just got caught up with Sket Dance, and I'm going on a big three week trip to Hong Kong and would like to grab a few series for that. Out of the list, Ano Natsu de Matteru seems the most intriguing and sounds great, but I can't get myself to like the main character's design ><. I'll watch some of that, but are there any other high school themed romance/comedies? Sket Dance is great, great fun and while it isn't the deepest anime, there are a number of heavier arcs that add just enough variety. Great stuff.

I recently finished the series and found it fantastic. Very disappointed it was so short. I'm also open to other series though. My likes are all over the place. I've loved Bleach, Fairy Tail, No. 6, Beelzebub, Sekka Ichi Hatsukoi, Another, and Skip Beat. Genres that I wish to be recommended: Right now I'm looking for something fantasy with some comedy in it. Comments: I think I've covered everything ^_^

Hmm, you're looking for fantasy/comedy but you also included Another so I'm assuming you like horror/mystery as well? Blue Exorcist - watch it here on CR, great fantasy, action, and comedy series. Air Gear - no fantasy stuff but still great series to watch for the action and comedy Higurashi - so you like Another, I'll recommend this as well. Soul Eater - strange animation but the series is great with the fantasy and comedy. Manga is even better. Midori Days - watch if you want a quick laugh. There are some ecchi scenes in this series thou. Gurren Lagann - one of my favorites with mecha, fantasy, comedy, and great action. Full Metal Alchemist - one of my favorites. Elemental Gelade - superior soundtrack tbh and interesting storyline. Familiar of Zero F* - it is a harem/fantasy series but still fun to watch. There are quite alot of episodes to this series with the 4th season currently airing on CR. Angel Beats! - unexplainable epic. That's about all I can think of right now.
