Genre : not to good , don't really know the right names
Comments : I just fininshed E7(wow , Favorite so far) and can't quite seem to find something to draw me in ,. For some reason , I have tried Naruto but just can't get into it , I think maybe I don't like the characters , tried Code Geass , and didn't really dig it. Not looking for anythng too simple , but a good story . E7 was a great suprise , watched the first episode on a whim , and was totally hooked , same with bleach , but bleach had some bad episodes. I kinda like darker series as well , Claymore I watched twice!. I would prefer for recommendations to be available on CR or Netflix , if not but you think they are really good, please link to where I can watch them.

Split personalities for me, if done in a both minds are good, OR like the OVA series Key The Metal Idol, one is good, the other is literally emotionless and lacks common sense without being harmful, just blank.

Elfen Lied is a "no," that split does not match what I mean.

I just finished Steins;Gate and it was everything I loved in anime. A complicated, questionably realistic science fiction with a love story. Anything else I say about why I love it is semi-spoilish, but essentially I loved that anime to pieces. I don't watch anime much, preferring manga, but I'm back into it now. I tend to watch the last episode first, but if it's good like Steins;Gate I won't even peek at the summaries. So I'm looking for an anime like:

Steins;Gate, Full Metal Alchemist, Darker Than Black type level. I love dark tragic stories, with an underlying theme of hope, and romance is a HUGE plus. I'm okay with bad endings, as long as I'm warned first and I even enjoy them. But I'm looking for something that'll leave me guessing the ENTIRE time, on edge, literally having me holding my breath and biting my lip, and with a resolution that'll bring me contentment.

I also like animes that will make me cry while still being sci-fiish. Sorry if this is all complicated, it's just so hard for me to find a good anime -_-

I'll take suggestions to the most obscure titles and even blantant commercialized series if anyone feels that they are something I will like. I am very open minded and specific at same time
