Well im looking for some new good anime to watch <3 My most favorites have been Eureka Seven, Full Metal Alchemist, SAO, Fairy Tail, Elfin Lied.

I Guess I really like deep stories, romance, adventure.

I Also Love the cutsy characters like in Elifen Lied, Nyu.

I'm okay with the 13 episode animes but i Love them to go into detail, and character development is important. Like in Eureka Seven I fell in Love with like every character <3

What i really Love about these Animes is there Orginality, so i guess just recommend me some of your favorites <3

Thanks :)

Angel Beats
Gosick
Myself Yourself
xxxHolic

I think you'll like there ones.

If you haven't checked out Accel World you should, it's created by the same people who made SAO. Other animes I suggest are probably K, Code;Breakers & .Hack//Sign if you haven't seen it already. Shin Sekai Yoru is pretty good if you like thrillers. As for deep stories there's Angel Beats & Time of Eve. The World Only God Knows is another one I would recommend.

There's an OVA called Nunally in Wonderland, it's terrible though, I don't suggest you to watch it. Other than that, I haven't seen anything new for Code Geass recently.
I'm not too sure if you're into Thrillers/Horror but Umineko no Koro Ni & Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni are interesting 'battle of the wits'. There's also a couple of 'battle royale' ones I know which are Mirai Nikki & Another.
If you like Sword Art Online then you should check out Accel World, it's a bit different but still pretty interesting.
As for good actions there's Hunter x Hunter (I've only seen the oldschool version so I'm not too sure about the new remake), Gurren Laggan & D. Gray Man (it's 103 episode but it's pretty awesome).

Hope this helps.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei has lots of unique characters and a lot of funny references to other anime.
Then there's the lice of life anime like Minami-ke, Lucky Star, K-on, School Rumble or Working!!
Have you seen any of those?

I'm recently getting back into Anime. I'm 28, so the kiddy type anime doesn't suit me well anymore.
I like good action or 'battle of wits' animes. Some of my favorites would be Claymore, (Bleach and Naruto but NOT FILLER) Death Note, Code Geass (I saw a pilot video for a new one. Is this a teaser? I haven't seen anything come out sense.) And recently got into Sword Art Online. (guilty pleasure, very addicting).

Some of the more lesser watched ones that I enjoyed were Kurozuka (REALLY good for those of you who haven't seen it) and Sword of the Stranger (Amazing movie, also open to movie recommendations).

I'm not looking to get into any of the series' that have hundreds of episodes (One Piece, Gintama.)

Sorry for the poor format. Any responses would be appreciated. <3 Shizdain

Man, speaking as a fellow 28er... stay young! lol.

I'd suggest Monster and Kaze no Yojimbo. Both are a little sparse with action scenes, but when they spark it's an absolute conflagration. Literally, sometimes. And if you're all right with manga, definitely check out Liar Game.
Gosick might also work for you, though I don't know whether it might be too on the kiddy side for you.

I've yet to watch either of them, but I personally have been keeping my eye on Phi Brain and C - Control, both of which can be found on Hulu if you want to take a peek.

Seven Samurai might also treat you all right. Allison and Lillia, which is by the people who did Kino's Journey.
Ahh, and Shura no Toki may be the best action anime I've seen. It's got fights that are totally realistically brutal. The main characters fight Miyamoto Musashi, Okita Souji, etc. It seems like it may be similar to your Sword of the Stranger movie you mentioned.

Also, Katanagatari which is the most kiddie-looking anime I've seen, all pastels and weird lines, but is... well, it was too intense for me, especially the torture scene. But give it a try, maybe. And last, I'll say to give Blade of the Immortal a look, though again, it was a bit intense for my tastes.

Edit 2: Almost forgot Canaan and Ride Back!

I've been getting into a lot of sports animes this season and the one anime I would recommend any sports anime fan to watch is Kuroko no Basket. The pacing is so good, it keeps you wanting more after each episode I guarantee you won't be disappointed. In addition, the 2nd OP is done by Granrodeo and its one of my favorite songs right now.

Check it out...

I've been really into Saint Seiya lately and have been wanting to find more anime that involve heroes tranforming into suited warriors, like Ronin Warriors. Kinda of like Kamen Rider/Sentai/Power Rangers but in anime form. Any suggestions of subbed shows like this? Thanks in advance.

Allison & Lillia. Which is by part of the group who did Kino's Journey. (I forget it if it's artist or writer.) Great Stuff.
Also, I think Canaan might work for you, though it's much more present/near-future. It feels somewhat similar.

@KingofNoobs99

If you can find it, Mononoke is a great series similar to Mushishi in that the main character is a medicine man/ exorcist that goes around helping people with their problems with spirits. It also has a very visually detailed, colorful style.

Looking for a good anime with lots of episodes. I like genres such as action, adventure, some comedy, and some mecha. Some shows I've liked are Hunter x Hunter, Sword Art Online, Reborn!, Blue Exorcist, Tegami Bachi, Durarara, Eureka 7, Phi Brain, and a few of the Gundams. I don't want to watch Gintama, Naruto, or Bleach as I've seen them. If the anime can be found on CR that would be great as I want more bang for my buck.
