Looking for a comedy but not to point of being too slapstick like 'Hunter X Hunter' im fine with fantasy battle-comedy ALMOST prefer it but I also like romance-comedy silce of life like 'Bakuman' - my favorite anime and manga of all time

I don't know how many there are, but the first one that comes to my mind is slice-of-life Kimi to Boku (You and Me)--two brothers. If I thought harder I could probably come up with a few more, but I'm sure others have a better memory for this.

Looking for a suggestion that is NOT about teenagers saving the world, I'd prefer hearing about adults as protagonists. Keep in mind I would like this to be sort of a "neutral" tone as in not all doomy-gloomy nor all happy-go-lucky.

Try Out 'Shiki' trust me your get the need for horror And If you want a slightly more light hearted but maybe even scarier experience then try 'Sankarea' and just throwing this in there 'Darker than black'

There all good anime but I recommend you watch 'Sankarea' first you wont regret it

You're sure to find some doomy-gloomy stuff mentioned there, but a bunch of more neutral stuff as well, and many participants did bother to briefly describe what they mentioned so it shouldn't be too hard to identify some possibilities.

My recommendation for a series currently running on CR is Space Brothers.

I tried to watch shuffle! but got really bored a couple of episodes in. I don't really like harem anime I'll probably try rewatching it, though. Just for that yandere girl. (don't remember her name, sadly)

Well you might try Elfen Lied. If you haven't seen it it is really gory, and there is quite a bit of nudity.
Also Baka to Test maybe.... it's honestly a long shot to call some of the characters yandere because they just hurt the main characters.

It might be too slapstick for you, but I'm enjoying it a lot even though I typically do not like slapstick comedy, so I'm going to go ahead and throw it out there: Ixion Saga DT.
