Looking for a show that will get me back into anime, a show that has me hooked from episode one, then makes me feel something at the end, maybe make me cry, lol, I'm kinda in an anime slump and I want a show that will motivate me to get watching again. Genres, maybe romance, adventure, actually preferably a little romance, but at least a cute girl here and there, but besides that, all I need is a good ending (a sad/ crying one) and a little bit of girls and romance, decent animation, I guess.

I watched both The World God Only Knows and Mirai Nikki really fast.

You should probably pick up a shounen long-runner series to fall back on, if you haven't already. 'Cause sometimes I think, "I'm not in the mood for anythi- ohhh yeah, I've still got like 130 episodes of Fairy Tail to watch, hurray!" It's pretty useful if you find yourself in a slump like that, to have something that you'll almost always be in the mood for.

Also, if this slump is because my previous recommendations were no good, then I apologize

Can anyone recommend anime similar to:

Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
Bakuman
Summer Wars
Sword Art Online
BTOOOM!
DB/DBZ/DBGT
Bleach if there were no filler

I can't really explain the anime I like.
And please do NOT recommend Accel World! I don't like it.

Okay so I am incredibly dissapointed with the anime this season. If it were not for xhunterx and attack on titan I would actually unsubscribe.

So looking for something that I might enjoy.

A list that I have enjoyed

Gundam (grew up on it, stardust memory might be my favorite)
Claymore.
rise of the nura clan.
blue exorcist.
sword art online.
lalush the rebellion.
campione
magi
blast tempest
fate zero
Ruroni Kenshin

popular anime i actually didn't like

full metal alchemist.
samurai shamploo (seemed too slow for me.

If anyone can take the time to recommend something I would appreciate it.

Is there any gardening animes? Like planting vegetables using all sorts of methods while having a way of explaining how the process works? I'm just curious. Something like "Yakitate!! Japan" but instead about bread it was about plants.

I'm really sorry to post again, but I kind of need a good show to watch with like a girl. Like it can be anything really, but something that a girl and I could watch together and enjoy thoroughly. Like were friends, just friends, so nothing like super awkward, but it can be romantic, thanks for any help. Preferably 13 eps. Thanks.

Toradora

Not 13 episodes, but it would seem appropriate for your situation.

The closest I can think of, are the current season's Gin no Saji (/silver-spoon), about going to an Ag school. Not specifically plants though, more about learning to run a farm, so it might not be exactly what you want.

There's also two seasons of /moyashimon, another one about an Ag school, but more focussed on fermentation microbes (and a sort of super-power for the MC who can see them). Again, not really plants, but sort of in the same direction you seem to be asking about. It does provide a sort of instructional learning about them.

Hi, as some of you know I am a regular on this particular thread. I have very much enjoyed most of the suggestions I've gotten from you all so I am once again back, hungry for more.
I've enjoyed Zetsuen No Tempest, Pet Girl of Sakurasou among others but I've just recently finished Clannad After Story, and just today A Tail of Memories and Say I love You. I'm looking for something like that... I am currently watching A Town Where You Live and I'm freaking hooked, but I'd like to start something else as I have to wait a whole week for new episodes. Anything similar to any of those? Please don't suggest Angel Beats cos I tried watching and it just wasn't my cup of tea. I like good modern animation(Blast of Tempest) but what I'm looking for is a great plot.

Thanks for the response however I've seen those and wasn't necessarily related to plants. Though Silver Spoon was somewhat reaching into that aspect. Maybe another 2 years until they come up with on based solely on this subject.
