I'm enjoying Duke Nukem, honestly I didn't expect it to be a Triple A game right off the bat. The Multiplayer is reminiscent of the other duke nukem games which is enjoyable if you had played them before. Otherwise steer clear because this game wasn't designed with COD players in mind. The Servers are client side run however this is next to no lag. Your able to choose from a list of lobbies based on what you want (Game type, Ping, Players, etc) as if it was on a pc. To put the Multiplayer plainly , it is just stupid fun. Don't come for the competition its really just to mess around. There are tons of unlockables to customize your character and also your "Penthouse" which you can walk around in admiring your accomplishments (or the french maid or six other girls that are unlockable).

The Campaign has some noticeable graphic bugs but overall stays true to Duke Nukem style of play. You mainly just shoot things, circle dodge like in old school games. Which will frustrate the new kids on the block. There are some modern improvements to the game that let you know your still in year 2k. The things Duke says are Hilarious. He says so many things too ( alot of the time based on what you do. Killing naked women, picking up poop etc ).

All in all I'm just playing Duke Nukem Forever to have a humorous time which I've never had from any other game. Also they stuck with the "Not pointing things out to the player" in there so there are some frustrating moments but then your frustration goes away after realizing it was obvious. Then next time your mad because you know its in plain sight but you still can't find it.

I think Duke Deserves at least a 6 at most a 7. Simply because they had a 60.00 price tag on a game that mostly payed homage to the originals. ( They should of made it like the Halo Anniversary game 40.00)

Pretty much every shooter is designed with CoD players in mind today. That is the only way to sell a shooter, anymore. And you actually like picking a virtual turd out of a toilet? Tell me how that is immersive and deep. No, tell me!

Duke 3D was far better than this newest travesty. I knew the wait couldn't possibly be worth it no matter what they did, but this rotting pile of ass insults the old fanbase entirely. $60 my ass. They should have charged $25 at the very most, or payed people to play it.
