He cannot be hurt, is immortal, can kill anyone with just a pen and a book, and has Shinigami eyes. Although there are still a few people that wouldn't work against like Deadman from DC whose already dead.

Light = write their names on the Death Note Haruhi = wish that her opponents won't exist Gilgamesh = just cut them in half with Enuma Elish Madara = just make himself transparent and kick their butt. Naruto = kick their butts. Yuki Nagato = delete them Nanoha = turn them to dust Fate = cut them with True Sonic Form

In the DC Universe at least, that is more than a few. (I haven't done a headcount, but I get the impression DC has far more alien superheroes and supervillians than Marvel). As was illustrated in the series itself, it is possible for Shinigami to die. Finally, there are always those characters in the DC and Marvel universes that can basically say, "Screw the rules, I'm omnipotent".

EDIT: There's a limit what Accelerator can do. I don't think that he can stop a collapsing star even with all his might.

His power is too confusing to explain here, but it basically consists of him being able to change the forces of everything around him to a certain extent. Meaning he can just cancel the explosion, or just negate the black hole. And then he touches you. And then you die. EDIT: And yes, he can fly. And he could fly into space if he makes the oxygen/air flow around him.
