If I actually had money to give out, I would definitely donate. As to how much would I donate, I'm not too sure. It just depends on my circumstances

ehh.. $5, $10, $20.. something like that, parents always donate $20 for those phone calls begging (im exaggerating) for donations, and we get a LOT of those cuz they kno we're generous (in the sense that a lot of ppl don't donate) so it amounts to a LOT

hmmm if it`s for animals , i`d prolli give more BCUZ they`re helpless enough , seeing them suffer is harder than seeing humans becuase they can get up their lazy butts and find a job && such
if it`s for the elderly , th most would prolli be $100 since yea im not that rich haha
&& if it`s for bby`s or toddlers , i`ll give as much or a lido less than the elderly ^^

Heh, no they can't. 85% of homeless people suffer from a mental illness. 45% are young people, 25% are single mothers with children, 35% are single middle aged men and the rest are the typical "old bum". A large percentage have come from either - domestic violence, sexual abuse or abuse/neglect of some kind.

I wish they could "get off their lazy butts" and do it themselves however they will never be able to as they have not been given an opportunity nor the skills to pull this off.

Even the definition of a homeless person has been blurred throughout the years. A homeless person is one without a home - (like where the heart is). Yet people will always look down on homeless people - it's a sad reality for millions of people.

I don't donate money but I donate time, blankets, food and only buy food/drink for homeless people. I don't believe you have to donate everything you have, but whatev you can spare isn't that much. I mean to buy a bottle of clean water, or to buy warm food for them isn't hard. I use to work in a sammich shop and the owner use to tell me to do whatev with the sammiches after work, so I use to give them out to the homeless after work. It's not hard, you don't have to even do a lot.

okayy i dont wanna know where you or how you came up with those percentages but anyways
the homeless people that suffers from mental illnesses , im not even talking abt them
as for the young people && single middle aged men , aint nothing wrong with them
the single mothers with children should`ve thought abt sex before doing it
&& the typical "old bum" follows with the young people && mid. aged men
thank you very much (=

HAHA, I work in the welfare field, I have to know these statistics. I'm really ashamed to think this is your attitude towards people. So you're talking about that 15%. You're talking about single mothers who can't find food for their kids and who can't support themselves because her husband had beat on the whole family where they had to escape for their child's and their safety and their government system says it's not their problem because they would cost too much. Or the refuge turns them down because they have too many women and children with their same fate. It's their fault for making a bad decision huh? Because she's superhuman and can predict all this shit. Young teenagers who have been sexually assaulted since the age of 8 - it's their fault for being too scared to speak up yeh? Middle aged men who have been those teenagers who've been sexually assaulted at 8 and have been living in charity bins since then too. Must be their fault for provoking the predator. Old people whose families abandon them and weren't the lucky rich fools who back stabbed people to get to their wealth, whose government lets them down, it's their fault huh?
