Freeway/Highway, never.
It depends on which residential street I'm on, but usually no more than 10 mph over.

I've never understood this, but when there is a police cruiser driving along with you, why are people doing 10-15 miles under the speed limit? As a cop, I would be suspicious of a driver going extremely slow in my presence. I tend to believe the person is hiding something, maybe a warrant, expired license or no insurance. You think you are outsmarting the police by driving slow, but all eyes are on you. Legally, you can be pulled over for obstruction of traffic at the least in some cases. Be smart when driving around a cruiser, just drive as traffic dictates, maintain a reasonable speed (not going 35 or 65 in a 50), and stop trying to "police' the streets yourself by holding up fast drivers. All you are doing is putting your own life at risk (aggravating another driver) over something that is really an officer's job. Is the risk really worth it, stopping the other driver from being pulled over?

Most of the time, yes. I only speed on the freeway since almost everybody goes 80mph. If you don't go that fast, people will tailgate you or cut you off. I do like accelerating quickly, braking late, and taking corners fast.

On the highway, generally 10 over, on city roads, at the limit, maybe even under, and on rural roads, if the road is good enough I'll go 10-20 over. (And if it matters, Im talking km/hr)

Who does???? Okay. Only at School, Hospital, and highway construction zones; otherwise no. Only the very senior (meaning like they should not be driving at all), Student Drivers, and those with warrants follow the speed limits. Everyone else drives over whether it be a mile over or more.

if theres a speed limit, yes. im still in my testing phase so whenever i screw up and get caught the police wont just charge me a fee but they also send me to a seminar to learn again. those seminars are really expensive so i just try to avoid breaking any rules.
but if im on the highway i dont have to care about a speed limit because here in germany we rarely have any speed limits on highways. probably the best place to legally drive a sports car as fast as it can=P.

Well when I am alone, then I really do not care, but when people are with me I drive at the limit since I have others to think about.

You drive at the speed limit in Atlanta Ga good chance you or you will get someone killed. Here slow drivers are a hazard, you needed to stay with the flow of traffic if you cannot stay off the highway.

depend on the area. one night I went to hang out with a group of friends in Sac and I was coming home to SF around 2 am ; I was bloody tired and there was no one on the hwy so I hit 130 for about 15-20 miles.
if it's local I would go up to 60 at times if road is open. you will get occasional people who likes to turn into your lane without looking , so I keep a eye out on whos behind me and what lanes to open if I ever need to change lane to avoid stomping on the brakes. it's not that I push the car hard to past the speed limit. It's more that when I'm going 130 it feels like 80 and if I'm going 60 it feels like 20. Idunno how to explain it but it's just that the car doesn't make me feel like I'm going that fast

After purchasing my bike, I have lost all desire to speed in my car. In my car I always drive the speed limit. If I'm on the bike I don't ride slower than 90mph on the highway..
