Usually I go a tad over the speed limit since my spedometer is wrong sometimes, or people just like to go really fast around me.

If I am not trusting my spedometer at any moment I just go the same speed as most of the other drivers on the road, though I do speed up when I don't like a situation like a load that looks unsecured or a sketchy driver. I'm very defensive in my driving.

Nothing a selfmade pipebomb can't handle

Just sell the car or fix it.

I go 5mph over... It seems like going the limit is more suspicious than keeping up with traffic (5mph over generally). And then there's those idiots who go 30 in a 35 and then slow to 20 if theres a cop... never gotten pulled over, but someone i know got pulled over for going "1 over" (well within the error tolerance of radar/lidar...) Some cops are just dicks who shouldn't even have a license...

REDACTED: I really shouldn't rant about suvs in an anime forum...

It really depends on the traffic. If it is congested, I will drive the speed limit. If there is less traffic, I will usually go faster. I'm constantly on the look for cops and slow down in areas where I think cops will be hiding. :/

I do, almost religously, in fact. But then again, I'm a forensic animator so I get to deal with the aftermath of car accidents at my job on a daily basis. When you see people getting killed because someone 'had to get there just a few seconds faster' it tends to make you reevaluate your choices in life.

I like like feeling momentum when I drive. When I go faster, I can feel the car. The pedal acts as a conduit to the engine, and through it I can gauge the driveline's health based on whether I feel smooth or scratchy vibrations. At a curve, the limits of the machines grip is tested at that precipice between turning smoothly and getting a little bite from a squealing oversteer- the latter of which is hard to do in a front wheel drive car. Hard economic times however, forced me out of gas and car, so until I get rolling with a career, I'll just have to make due with ogling cars like a horny school girl.

Generally try to stay at the speed limit unless traffic seems to be going faster.
