There was a mod for Oblivion that was supposed to make it multiplayer but it never really worked all that well.
An ElderScrolls MMO is in the works. Interplay had been working on a Fallout MMO, but Bethesda owned the rights to the franchise and sued. The project was cancelled. That doesn't mean a Fallout MMO won't eventually surface. Bethesda acquired the project from Interplay and could resurrect it if there's enough interest.
There have been rumors flying around about Fallout 4 and a Fallout TV show. Bethesda filed a trademark for Fallout TV, suggesting a TV series is in the works.

No, Neverwinter Nights is a D&D Forgotten Realms game that has a great single player game. It has an online feature where one player is the Dungeon Master while other players play through the maps and quests that they created. Its not related to the ElderScrolls series at all.
Now, there is a Neverwinter MMO in closed beta right now that set in the Forgotten Realms universe. I don't know how closely its related to the first two Neverwinter Nights games since there's still not a lot of detail out about the MMO yet.
There is also an ElderScrolls MMO in the works. Its set a millenium before the events of Skyrim.

Ahhhhh, ok... Well, then, I can't wait for that Elder Scrolls MMO! I hope it's not a monthly fee game... I don't do that crap. If I spend 60 bucks on a game. I better not have to spend an extra 10 bucks a month just to play it! Had a bad experience with that as a kid who desperately wanted to play Ultima Online with a stingy Chinese mother... lol! Needless to say I never actually got to play it after saving up money for months just to buy it.
