Uh...I actually posted this topic earlier today, but I guess someone intentionally or accidentally erased it...?
- I didn't see any familiar topic so I don't know why it disappeared :/
So, in this topic it's basically Mw3 vs Bf 3
- Which game are you getting?
-Why are you getting that specific game?
-Which game do you think is 'better' than the other?
For me, I'm getting myself Modern Warfare 3 for sure, but I'm still making up my mind for Battle Field 3...'cause I didn't quite enjoy Battle Field 2.

I watched some walkthroughs for Battle Field 3 and decided to get the game today, because its graphics were outstanding and straight out amazed me. Will give it a review for it [maybe] after I finish.

Got Battle Field 3, and it's amazing. I've encountered some glitches and bugs on some parts but other then that, it's definitely worth playing.

Going to trade in BF3 for MW3 tomorrow. It was worth playing but definitely not my type of game style.

Spent a lot of time playing MW3. It's the usual but the survival mode is really addicting along with the mission mode. Multiplayer has some new features with the care packages and such. Definitely new weapons and I had a blast. I've heard some complaints from my friends about the lag though. Seems like too much people are playing online that some people get disconnected. I think they'll have to fix this soon or it'll be Black Ops all over again...

Modern Warfare 3 will be shit just like MW2. Rehashed, nothing new, boring, ect.

I'm getting battlefield 3
For me, land, water and air vehicles + actual need of certain level of teamwork > running around or camping killing everything with 2-3 bodyshots until you get chopper gunner, dogs or whatever weapon you enjoy the most.
now don't get mad and flame the thread, this is merely my opinion. MW is fun and all but i enjoy Battlefield the most.
I'll give MW3 a chance and play it with one of mi friends that will get the game for sure.

MW3 for me i have been playing the cod franchise since cod4 which is the best one MO i will be getting bf3 but looking more foward for mw3

Battlefield 3 is going to be terrible on console and modern warfare three looks like a Micheal Bay movie with the same arcadey' rehashed multiplayer and the month they are both coming out is the worst month to be a gamer so for me nethier of the games probably ever but if I had too choose one i would go for Battlefield 3 but EA did say they are doing annual rotations of Battlefield and Medal of Honor soon so those franchinse's are soon going to be up there with Call of Duty as some the most rehashed games soon :L But still Battlefield 3 does look very good (:

Lol, I don't think its for the media to decide whats best for the player, especially when they have different taste in gaming, but if you enjoy Battle Field 3 more than MW3, that's fine too.

i grew up with battlefield, but when they made battlefield 2142 i quttied and joined Cod ;)
Mw2 was a great game indeed, but i dont think Mw3 will be much diffrent than Mw2, so they dont stand a chance against Dice's frost bite 2.0 engine  |

Yeah, i loved the story of Modern warfare 1 and 2, and i think Modern warfare 3 will be a great game to.
The only thing i hate with Call of duty is ''Quick scoping''
+ at Mw2 u could use a 50. cal Sniper rifle and non scope/quick scope with it! Iv never seen a person shoot with such powerfull weapon from the hip without any problems.
Im pretty sure modern warfare 3 will keep the barett 50.cal, and that they havent removed quick scoping.
(for me realism is important)!

Im currently playing Battlefield 3...i like it ...its more realistic....im still gonna get MW3 but it wont be that different from MW2....it looks like they added new killstreaks.

My friend got MW3 on his 360. Seems that KMART's been selling it earlier than Gamestop. Sadly, I won't be buying it from them since I've reserved mine in gamestop, also Kmarts chatging $70 when it's naturally $63 in gamestop so I won't be spending more money to get my hands on it earlier.

I'm going with Modern Warfare 3.
It's more fast-paced, easier to pick up and play, more features, improved more upon it's predecessor than BF3, has more game-types and suits more play styles. The campaign and co-op is also objectively superior.

Unfortunately I'm away for the week but when I return home I'm definitely buying MW3. I've never tried any of the BF games so I don't know anything about them. I may rent it to see what it's like.
