so I was doing some Naruto research/analyzing because I'm lame and have no life (lol) and I have a few questions and thoughts about some stuff. Help in clearing some of it up would be much appreciated (.n_n.)
1. First off I'm really confused on how Nagato (pain) has the Rinnegan if he's a descendant of the Uzumaki clan, which in turn are the blood relatives of the Senju. I thought the Uchiha inherited the "eyes" of the Sage of Six Paths? So why does a Senju member have the Rinnegan? (sorry if I sound stupid I may have missed something, which I often do).
2. I'm also a little confused about the Kyubi's chakra. When Minato used the dead demon seal, he said he sealed away the Yin part of the fox's chakra away and then put the other half inside Naruto. So how come when Naruto was training with Killer B he had to seperate the fox's chakra into 2 again and only suck out the good portion of it? I thought it had already been cut in half, does it just like keep getting cut in half? And the half Naruto absorbs to turn into that golden flash mode, can that also be cut into 2 parts? I'm so confused :l and since Minato already sealed away part of the kyubi's chakra, can Madara's moon eye plan even work now? Lololol I DONT KNOW.
3. Last question I promise! Um this one's about Naruto's golden Kyubi mode. So if you're only watching the anime you haven't gotten this far so this might be a spoiler. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Okay so when Naruto turns into gold foxy mode, are the markings on his body an illusion to the sage of six paths? I'm pretty sure it is and with this talk about Naruto being the next savior, is Kishi hinting at us that Naruto is going to be the next sage of six paths? (that would be so badass btw). When B uses his tailed beast he doesn't get any markings or anything so obviously Naruto and the kyubi are special. Also from what we've seen in regards to the sage of six paths' appearance, he has spiky hair and two horn-like things on his forehead. (Naruto has spiky hair and when he's in gold fox form his "fox ears" look just like those horns).

If you read the manga, it will tell u, your aswer to the 1st question.
2. I know what your getting at. but I'm still at an loss at explaining it myself. Cause 4th sealed the Kyuubi, yet seperate yin from yang, but the key was to the full 'power of the kyuubi'. but ya, It does seem like it being put into 4 different pieces xD
Ya, You could say that Naruto was 'born' to be the next Sage in life

I'm up to date on the manga but the whole Pain thing was a lot of info to take in so I guess I just missed it. Do you know around which chapters it explains my first question?

Nagato in theory was giving the Chakra element to awaken the Rinnagan by Madara similiar to what Itachi did for Naruto, hence why I speculated that Naruto will eventually awaken the Rinnagan, but till it's proven we can't say for sure, it's all in my theory to the clues that Kishi is going to give Naruto the rinnagan. the appearance of the Chakra control state appearing like the Sage is to farther prove that the Uzumaki are related to the Sage of the Six Paths, but to farther answer your question it's not proven in any where in the story yet

yea naruto will get the rennagaan but it will probly awaken wen he fights suskae cuz all the uzimakis hve the chakra to awaken ta rennagan i think i dunno all i know is pain is the only 1 eit ta rennagan rite now but its still early in the season |

the seal appears black while in Naruto 9 tailed mode, it's completely noticible on center mass of his body

Ha! I've only seen naruto in 9tails chakra mode 1nce on wiki so i wouldnt no but i never noticed th resemblence if he did awakan th rinnengan tat would b so cwl! but i dont want him 2 hav those eyes cause his eyes r so cwl,(if he could make his eyes change like sasuke can with sharingan tat'd b alright

This will contain a lot of spoilers, so read at your own risk.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Madara (well, Tobi actually) gave Nagato the rinnegan when he was still a newborn and all he had to do was awaken the powers it contained.
The scroll that was the 'key' Jiraiya had was actually the other half of the Kyuubi's chakra that was separated from his body when he was sealed inside Naruto. When Naruto used it, he released the rest of the chakra from the seal and gained it, giving him the full chakra of the Kyuubi.
When Naruto is in his 'inner world' fighting the Kyuubi, he actually separates the body and most of the chakra from Kurama (the Kyuubi's actual name) and seals away his body. The chakra hasn't been split into 4, Naruto has full control over all of it.
This has been my understanding of it anyways, hope it helps. |

In answer to question 1- Nagato does awaken the rinnengan however that is only possible because tobi/madara gave him the rinnengan in the 1st place.
Question 2- Naruto was not trying to seperate chakra he was infact seperating the chakra from the Kyuubi's will that is why he had to do the waterfall training....... He had to conquer his hatered hence he is trying to tame the Kyuubi's chakra but blocking out the Kyuubi's hatred.
Question 3- I think you have the right assumption as I think he is the rebirth of the sot6p
