I had just finished watching episode 21 of Gosick when a commercial intercepted the next episode. There was a big red button advising that I wouldn't get commercials if I was a subscriber.

I AM A SUBSCRIBER!!!!

I pay a monthly subscription so that I can watch my anime without compromising any copyright laws. I expect that my subscription allows me to watch the anime without interruptions.

I do NOT appreciate being logged out so that I can be subjected to a commercial. This issue is completely unacceptable and trust that it will be addressed expediently.

I thought the deal is that you don't get commercials interrupting you in the middle of an episode, plus you won't see any ads plastered around the site.

Meh, I don't know anymore. If I saw a big red button like that, I'd ignore it and jump to the next episode. All subscriptions have their little kinks, but it's not as if you paid JUST to have all traces of advertising taken away from you. I have the subscription for the simulcast features, and that's about it. A minor inconvenience like an advertisement will just make me chuckle and say "CR, you sunuvabitch."

Well, if it peeves you that bad, let's hope a mod answers your query soon enough... Funny, that I'm the first to... but that's a different story. ;P

The logout appears to happen after a specific amount of time, even if you are using the site. I've had it happen when I am on the forum, so I could see it happening between episodes (and it probably has, but I've forgotten as it got tagged as "not important" in my mind).
