Hmm, if you like Classical music, I would recommend La Corda d'Oro - it's cute and has lots of bishies! XD
Also, Fruits Basket is a go (though, the anime definitively lacks some - not to mention that it only has one season).
Then there's Ouran of cours.
Perfect Girl Evolution - aka Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge - it isn't bad either
Hana Kimi is a must for everyone. XD
Fushigi Yuugi, perhaps (the Genbu Kaiden too)
