she's a woman but you know what I am also sick of this 24/7 news cycle we live in. Another thing i point out and it's this, "yes it might be racist but guess what it's the truth" if this was an Asian, African or Hispanic child the news and popularity for ratings would have never given two shits less about it. That's something else I am sick of as well but all of these personal feelings aside I do hate what happened to Kaylee but nothing can ever be done, even if Casey where to say "I did do it ha ha ha ha" there isn't a thing we can legally do..

All the evidence leaded towards her and she still was found not guilty. That women got away with murder and she knows it. That poor child will never have justice.

Unfortunately, all that evidence was circumstantial. To me it was pretty obvious she would walk because the prosecution never provided anything concrete. In that case, all the defense has to do is distract the jury with something meaningless, to prove the point that the prosecution's "evidence" is just as meaningless. I am a little disappointed that the jury only took 10 or so hours to settle on "not guilty". That child may have justice; there are always homicidal moral extremists looking to pass their own judgement. Personally I would like to think that Casey Anthony did murder her child, but I suppose the only one who truly knows that is her, and her daughter.

Yes it was circumstantial, but there are a number of things that were wrong with her defense, for one she didn't report her kid missing for a month! Now obviously some people aren't good at dealing with stress, and something like that would be even harder to say/admit. But then she lies to her parent's about her kid being taken care of by a make-believe nanny, and then Casey pretends that her and Caylee were staying with her "Rich Boyfriend" out of town, who is also, you guessed it, MAKE-BELIEVE. Later on, the defense says that Casey was struggling with "being sexually abused" by her father, who denies it, and guess what, NO EVIDENCE TO PROVE SAID ABUSE. She even tells the police that when she found her daughter in the pool (cause she supposedly "drowned"), her dad, and ex-cop, decided to put duct tape on her mouth, and dumps her in the swamp to make it seem like a murder.

IDK about you, but this load of BS sounds like nothing by lies to me. If a person is innocent, then why would they tell so many lies?

Man, I understand completely where you're coming from, I do. But the fact of the matter is, Casey Anthony could have spit in the face of that judge and still have been found "not guilty" for the murder of her daughter. She could have blatantly admitted to being a neglectful or abusive parent, but that doesn't necessarily mean she killed her daughter. What I'm trying to say is, that within the jury's eyes, you could be the worlds biggest liar, and still walk away if there isn't sufficient, hard evidence. The system doesn't always work, unfortunately. Sometimes the guilty walk free, and the innocent face heavy penalties.

The woman murdered her own child. It's quite obvious, from a psychological standpoint. If she didn't, why would she lie?

Bull shit..

U already know Shes guilty, when she rather go dancing then finding her kid.

Juries were probably scared shitless since it involves a life.

Like fuck.

I agree, to a certain extent. Recently, there was a decapitated body of an African-American toddler found, and as far as I know, that case has barely received any news attention.

Nancy Grace actually explains why Casey's case was popular pretty well: “This trial plays out like a classic Greek tragedy with the love and hate dynamics between grandmother, mother and daughter. In this particular case, you have a physically attractive young defendant, articulate, and with great potential, the world at her feet, and now we see her charged with the murder of her young daughter.” It's just unexpected.

But there doesn't need to be evidence to support that she didn't do it. The burden of proof rests with the prosecution. They have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony killed her little girl. Sadly, the defense doesn't have to make you believe their version of events, just doubt the prosecution's.

Prosecution didn't present enough convincing evidence to lead the jury to the "Guilty" conclusion re murder of her child. Their experts were less than credible, some bordered on buffoonish with junk science. The defense was smart enough to keep Casey Anthony from personally testifying and gave a good summation speech at the end.

What comes around, goes around....in short, she will "get hers" and it's gonna be bad. Unfortunately, those who really want to see it happen, probably won't be able to witness it. Karma has a way of waiting until you REALLY think you got away with it, then slaps the livid shit out of you. Look at OJ Simpson. PLease...the man was as guilty as they come, but he got away with it...but where is he now? In jail. For theft. Of his "own property. Fate? OK...I'll take that. I hope it comes for HER SOON, and unfortunately, we can't sic Dexter on her.

*Sigh* i guess you guys have a point, but in the end i can't help but think that 99% of people would vote guilty if they were on that jury. I just don't get why the jury for this case didn't think so too.

Hey, what's new? The world is filled with these sort of people, the kind that get away with these sort of things. My advice is simple: Get use to it.
