Not sure how it is in other countries. But I've noticed a lot of the new series coming out on crunchyroll are not available in the UK.

This is a bit upsetting seems I love what cr are doing for the industry but I would also like to enjoy some more of the anime. I've enjoyed a lot of the sim casts that have recently ended but I'm feeling like the licencing Is leaving me worst off this time around.

I don't plan to stop my subscription as cr is a worthwhile cause to support and a good service.

Just wanted to Express That I'd like to enjoy the anime not currently licensed and/or if licencing is being processed like to have some feedback on that.

Anyway guys, What's your cr service like? You getting every single episode or was there one that got away?

Edit: Please Don't recommend I go elsewhere for shows I can't access.

I didn't get subscription because this was the only place on the internet showing anime.
I got a subscription because this is (almost) the only place on the internet showing licensed anime

I want to support anime not damage it.

I Love Crunchyroll.

EDIT: I'm not a HUGE anime follower, but I'm satisfied with the anime that's on here ;D (my Anime Membership is for keeping up with Gintama Weekly )

Doesn't really answer OP's question though.

All the shows I'm interested in is available in my country. Steins;Gate, Natsume Yuujinchou, Usagi Drop and The Mystic Archives of Dantalian. Guess I'm lucky like that. Though it's been a long while since I was interested in more than one of CR's airing shows.

Find them somewhere else? Try torrenting or something.

i don't use CR service. i just go to google. type in my anime title. search for about 10 minutes (patience is a virtue). click. watch. go on crunchyroll. make fun of kids on the forums about them bitching not watching their shows in the website/country.

There are a bagillion streaming sites out there or you can do like a bandit and torrent shows. There maybe be the probability that a show you want to see won't be banned point blank by British censors, and a distributor will have the rights to it.

Happy fishing.

I don't use CR services to watch anime anymore. I watch online at other places. Just try googling it, and you will be able to find a site online that you can watch online on.

Good luck~!

There's more sites to watch animes than crunchyroll.

Yeah I guess you would have to resort to watching elsewhere or if you're patient wait for it to come on DVD in UK

I live in Canada (North America) So all titles are available to me so this isn't really my issue...

I am more than aware of other possible locations to obtain the shows in question.

First of all 90+% of those locations don't obtain the licences to the shows. I like to support something if I enjoy it and watching it on a random rip website is most definitely not supporting the creators.

Even if we ignore that the creators are missing out (and possibly not able to make such great works next time around because of budget) then I've still found that the websites in question often just rip crunchy rolls

Or Almost always have lower quality, often have the files cut into multiple parts and have a large amount of adverts flying around the place. Often the hosting for the sites are substandard so the videos will pause and buffer regularly despite a good connection on my end.

If I'm perfectly honest the videos not being licences is not my problem, my problem is the little sign that comes up saying "We're trying to obtain the licencing for this, Please be patient" because That sign I'm pretty sure is going to be the same whether crunchyroll are or are not actually trying to obtain the licence.

Not everybody is interested in the illegal ways of obtaining anime.

i dont really like the media players here though...
sometimes i have to watch 3 commercials in a row, then the video ends, then i restart the video then i have to watch a fourth commercial....
But if you really want an anime, just buy it on DVD.
My anime DVD collection is... a bit bigger than it should be...

Hey, Its cool that you buy DVD's as It helps the creators as well

I'm just wondering if you are able to buy DVD's for each anime you really want to watch then why don't you use the premium service (removing all the adverts) Definitely worth it if you watch more than 2 or 3 of the shows on here!!

This is because of Anime on Demand. A new anime streaming site for the UK.

A few shows that aren't available at CR are available there (C - Control, Tiger & Rabbit), Steins;Gate which is blocked for UK viewers, and a few that are shared (Nichijou and Deadman Wonderland.

Dunno about the current season. I usually only check once all announcements have been made.
