I haven't seen it yet, but I've heard enough positive reviews to put it as "Saved" on Netflix.

My roommate caught me watching it during the sex scenes; that's how he got into it.

It's great and I intend to watch it again before the second season premieres.

Best series ever made after Scrubs, hands down. Epic throughout, mature, funny, great story. Just pure win.

It'll be back in April! I'm very excited, this show is excellent and one of the best on television right now. Personally, I don't mind the wait. I would rather bide the time patiently and have a second season that is on par with the first, then have some rushed-by-popularity mediocre offering. Just my two cents.

Amazing show!! The show is brilliant and the books are perfect! I also think that the actors of the show are chosen very well for their roles, I mean for example Peter Dinklage is great actor for the role of Tyrion. I can't wait for the next season! ;D

This show is so good, it hurts. I want it to come on now! And to release all the episodes at once so I can marathon it!

best fantasy show in the past 15 years by far

only subplot i cant stand is that princess with the dragon, i just dont care about her character at all

I found myself having a good laugh now and then. The comedy comes unexpectedly but it's so damn good when it happens.

Epic fantasy wise, it's very indulging. With most series I'm constantly reminded that I'm watching actors (Bones, House, Lost, Wire), but with this one that's hardly the case. Being a huge fan of Lord of the Rings, I don't even find myself comparing each other.

So, if you're a fan of epic fantasy, this is a must.

This is my new favorite show, best thing to come along imo in a long while.

The production value is high, the cast is strong and solid from top to bottom, the writing is good, the drama is intriguing, humor funny, I can't get enough of it.

Learning about the culture and traditions of the Great Houses as well as the Minor Houses and vassals is so fascinating.

Anyone watch/watching this? Its really awesome although you do notice the production value decrease towards the end of the show and the last few episodes feel a little rushed but its a really good watch. I saw the first episode and was instantly hooked. i couldn't even wait for the newest episode so i started reading the books too. What you guys think?

Yes, it is amazing. Great actors, props, attire, and great CGI (throughout the episodes and opening theme of all the kingdoms). I just watched the last episode of the season yesterday. Can't wait til June comes around so I can see what happens next.

I actually love it.
I think the books are better though, they explain things a lot more.

This renewed my faith in television and HBO. It is my favorite show currently.
Game of Thrones is very well thought out but as most 'based on' can only take so much from the novel without getting wordy and boring for an average television audience.

Almost perfect show. The writers deviated from the books in the second season quite a lot, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's just that some important parts were either changed or completely omitted. At least, I think. I know they're introducing most of the new characters in season 3 (fuck yeah Ramsay). Season 3 will be best season (Red Wedding bitches!), unless they move the good stuff into season 4.

That said, the cast is flawless. The child actors are perfect - Maisie, Sophie and Isaac are adorable.
Also, Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke make me want to ship Jon and Dany (the horror!).

Just look at them! They're like sex on legs.
