The TV show is absolutely amazing - but if you're a real fan you'll check out the books. Superbly written literature. 
Having read all 5 books - I enjoy seeing it played on screen - can't say I agree that it's being ruined at all. The show stays relatively true to the books! (95%) |

I have yet to pick up the books for lack of time. (College and work eat up my time.) But I LOVE this programme. So many different plots and characters and twists...It's just too awesome for words. Oh, and did I mention...Natalie Dormer!

I didn't know what I was watching at first.. I left the TV on while doing homework, and the next thing I see after looking up is a woman giving a midget a BJ, so.. my first thoughts of it were quite bad but I re-watched the series and have been watching since. It's a great TV show.

Started watching back in December. Finished it all in 2 days and I got to say it is one of the best shows I've seen in a while. I went to buy all the books and cannot wait for the third season to start in March.
