I know this has been asked before, but I couldn't find the thread and I didn't notice a forum search function anywhere...

So now that this site has gotten a bit bigger, what are the chances of redesigning the player so that we can actually keep full screen going from episode to episode? This is a feature that obviously needs to be implemented some day, I was just wondering how long until that day finally comes.

Hulu has it, and simply because I don't have to get up from the couch and click one button every 20 minutes I will choose that site over CR.com if given a choice even though I am paying to use this one.

Noone replied to my old thread, so I figured I'd have another go in case I am just missing something: is there any way around this? I enjoy the image quality and subtitled, commercial-free anime here, so I really don't want any reasons to drop this site. Not having a feature like this is pretty archaic. What it boils down to is watching anime on Hulu is not only free, but aside from the "limited commercial interruption" is more enjoyable, too.

It's a feature that we would like to implement but have not had the time to. However, we should be rolling out improvements to our video player later this year which will hopefully include the ability to watch multiple videos in fullscreen mode without having to press anything.

Though there currently is no work around for this since Flash intentionally doesn't allow fullscreen mode to be automatically selected due to potential abuse.

That'd be great if you guys could get this feature implemented soon. I know it's just one button, but having to press it at the start of every episode can get a bit irritating. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed over the next few months, and thanks for the reply.

I beg you to please test that extensively before you make another video disaster like last year.
