This is why there is a gap between 10-13. I'm on episode 199 and I have been going at this pace for about 15 weeks (since 184). For us to get to episode 251, it will be a year (52 weeks/year) at their current speed. There are other anime sites on the net that have fan-subs, but as I have become so accustomed to VIZ's way of doing it, I prefer to wait. For now.
