I personally close the toilet completely when I'm done. That means the lid. Then no complaining can be had because all uses are equal, and no level of obliviousness can get you to fall in. Furthermore my main reason in choosing to do so is that being closed is the most aesthetically pleasing state a toilet can hope to be in. Only when I'm at other peoples' homes would I consider otherwise, and just return it to its state that I first observed.

Flawless victory.

Ohh heck nooo. I would never pee all over the floor and seat in someone else's toilet... I mean that is just pure disgust! But I do it anyway. *Shrugs* Haha, i'm kidding.

well, it annoys me, but I don't say anything......

Honesty I don't want to be the one touching the toilet seat when I need to use the bathroom.......then having to wiping myself with those same hands.

I pee in alleys, so I'm okay with it.

May be this is the thing; if we leave the toilet seat down, you guys are perfectly fine. We hate how you guys have the advantage. If you guys leave the toilet seat up, we're fucked if we don't catch it early. Could you have been more cautious? Yes of course! Could we have been more cautious? Yes, but we don't want to admit it. In other words, it's a mistake on both parts, but we're going to blame you and get away with it because we can. May be that's what goes on through some women's heads?

Well, the way this man sees it is as follows. Let's say it's just you and your pretty lady living together. Now, for the woman, both tasks must be performed with the seat down. 2/2.

Guys? Well, we may not need it down as often, but there are certain... performance requirements at times (my doctor tells me this should be at least once a day, but it varies if I've had too much rice). 1/2.

We must understand that the toilet, though a throne it may be, follows a democratic system, according to the needs of its people. We see that 3/4 of those civilians demand the toilet seat be down. Anything less is a threat to our toilet's constitution, and must be dealt with under the full extent of the law. It's a matter of statistics, you see.

So consider this - If the lady only yells at you, you have no right to complain. If it were me? You'd be behind bars.

I admire this man's view.

Cuz they don't look where they sit... Then they have to blame someone to justify their mistake

You, sir, have insulted the integrity of the above constitution. The very right to provide toilet seat and justice for all. I challenge you to a duel.
