is that okay for a 15 year old to be taking it? does it really help build muscle faster?

considering most people on cr are fat i don't really expect replies and if i get replies they'll probably be something gay just to rack up some cr points so pretty much if you can't answer either of the two questions don't reply


also to the smart asses out there who live to criticize me "you post random stuff" so replying on how i reply is another thing that isn't needed and probly some idiot will do that i'll edit that/those special idiot/idiots into the first page just to show you my awesome foreseeing abilities

i eat about 1200 calories a day because I'm trying to lose weight and force my body to use my fat as energy so i guess i eat normal amounts

yah i think it does help build muscle faster but its more healthy just to eat protein rich foods..... its more natural

as i learned it PE if u take it as directions state it is heathly...
e.g....
if it says to have a meal.. workout ... then take it...
thats what u do... if u get me...

its important to know that protein shakes arent food replacers.... they should be taken with normal food requirements...

and yes its ok for a 15 yr old to take... just make sure the shake is rite for..

your 15?....i dont know you might be to young your body hasnt fully developed i dont know im not an expert on these things but im sure it wouldnt do any harm!! i would just stick to working out!

*hesitates* Um, I guess its ok to have a 15 year old drink protein shakes? I mean, as long as they also eat normal food too and not just live on a diet of protein shakes. I mean, at 15 your still kind of going through puberty, you shouldn't really be dieting... at all. Its not healthy. But at the same time, its perfectly ok to eat normally yet drink protein shakes often. To put it short, I think its perfectly ok for a 15 year old to drink protein shakes as long as they don't live on them. Does it work? Well, read the label. It could be some fake...^-^ But thats normal in this twisted world. But yes, it does help your muscles grow faster. Personally, I hear that a lot of people that drink protein shakes get pretty...into it. ( NOT GOOD ) Sorry, if this is a stupid answer >.<

there's nothing wrong with taking protein shake it help build muscle mass faster. Maybe you should wait until you're a few years older i don't know the affect on a mid-teen you know might unbalance some hormone and you'll go on a masturbations rampage due to the lack of ass you are getting....


But if you are going to take it anyway it's a great way combined with healthy diet, such as starch,bread,,fish, lots of beef. It's expensive if you do it this way, a tub cost about 45 buck or more and it taste horrible. But chocolate flavor one is the most edible. Even though it depend on your routine... if i were you i would plan a workout for 2 weeks before i take protein because in that two weeks you want to reach the peak where you aren't gaining any weight and you need something like.. Protein to get pass the peak…

I gain 14 pound in 4 weeks…

a 15 year old shouldnt wory about building muscle. you'll end up short and stubby (but totally ripped )

protein drinks dont make you grow muscle. they only make it easier for your body to build muscle. they're good for you.

but as everyone says, don't live off of them. use them to supplement your diet only , not replace it
