As others have mentioned, it would be way too hard to find them all. Something more realistic would be watching every anime that from 2000 onwards (or maybe even 1990), with select titles from pre-2000).

Something like this would be much easier to do when you watch everything as they are released. I've pretty much watched every TV anime that has aired from 2010 onwards (and 80% of 2009), and it's actually not that hard when you watch them while they are airing.

You'd have to be really rich and have a LOT of freetime.

I would say its impossible. As previously mentioned several times, you would have to be able to find them all and to do that you would most likely need the financial means. Not to mention, the format in which to play them because I doubt they would be in DVDs let alone VHS. And if you are an English speaker only, its most likely not subtitled if its an older and not very popular anime. You would need a lot of time on your hands and have absolutely no life or friends.

Yeah, it's defiantly possible... I mean in three, almost four years I've completed 284 series and that's new and old. I've watched what was popular and what was not. I watch what I like, as I think most people do. If I like it, I watch it, no matter if everyone else hates it. I've watched all that and my list is still growing, I have around one hundred series on my "want to watch" list, so I still have a long way to go. Plus, they keep coming out with series, so I don't think I'll be close to watching every series ever made, but I'm certainly working on it ^_^

I have the attention span of a brick watching 1 of each series is possible but there is also long series such as Naruto, Bleach and One Piece. There are a few animes which just get tedious and are awful to start off with (like One Piece).

if you are tied to a chair and forced to watch every anime tin the face of this planet...

and if you don't care...whether you like it or not.

its possible...but who wants to do that , not unless you are getting payed.

The chances are minuscularly low. As most likely there will be several "lost anime" that you will not be able to find, even in japan. And with the vast pool of animes we already have, you'll have to watch all of them AND Keep up eith the paces of anime being released.

I would say unless you can stay up for 24 hours a day and not due of overexhausastion, and somehow are able to find 50 year old animus that are not printed. Then no. Not feasible in the least.

But if you are asking all the animes up to date, I think you might be able to complete at least 90%

Everything is possible, the real question is whether it is probable.
