I have two, the first one was painful:

When I had a compound fracture falling ~15ft onto my left arm and the bone ripped through the skin. I was literally holding that in there.

The second one was more painful, and guys will cringe thinking about it:

When I had a Urinary Tract Infection, I'm a guy. I never really understood the f'ing difference why most girls can just take drugs depending on how bad the UTI is, but the whole, sticking a catheter into "that" area for a guy was like... unbelievably painful - and the way it looked and felt made it even worse, I can't even describe it. They were like, YA WE GOT THIS, WE NUMBED IT ALL UP BRO. Yeah, totally not. They had to go "in" like 3-5 different times to do tests n shit, it was so terrible. q_q

BUT THAT'S ALL FIXED NOW, got a neat scar on my left arm where the skin is all messed up :D...

I have two the first is when I was seven I fell off some play equipment and cracked the back of my scalp wide open and you could see the fat and soft tissue and blood oozing out of my head and I got a small dent in my head that I still have to this day oh and the docks stapled my head closed and let me tell you it fu**ing hurts. Then I have a broken tooth right now from a filling shifting in my tooth when I bit something wrong and if i chew with it or let anything touch it or get in the break it hurts so bad i think having a limb ripped off with dull razor wire then having salt and lime juice rubbed on the end of my new stump would hurt less.

Several years ago I had appendicitis and the doctors were not sure what it was, so they conducted laparoscopy, which is when they put a metal tube inside the stomach and look around. The thing is, there's no way to use anesthesia during the procedure, so it hurt like hell and they still made me take deep breaths so that the metal tube would move better.

I've had broken bones, cramps, migraines, toothaches, loss of disc and cartilege in my spine, advanced arthritis in my hips, currently have three (of four) ligament tears in one knee...but the worst pain I ever had was when I miscarried my son. THAT was painful, and I don't mean the mental or emotional way....althought THAT hurt, too.

Damn. How can I even still be alive at this point?

When I was 13, I was riding my bike with my friend on a rural country road, we were off to the side and had left plenty of room for any passing cars. We had a truck come up behind us and, not being fans of pain we started to pull off to the side, I was told later that by the damage to me and my bike (the frame was bent at nearly 30 degrees by the impact, the front tire was obliterated) that the driver had been going over 45mph. I shattered my left arm in 13 places which required surgery to repair and you know the steps that they have on camping trailers? the ones that swing out and have purforated holes for excess water drainage? I guess my left leg hit that because it tore a chunk of meat the size of a hamburger. I'm fine now (being 11 years later and all) but that was the second worst pain I've ever felt. The most painful thing I've ever endured was passing a kidney stone, like pissing a steak knife kids, I'm told its worse than birthing a child (by several women who've given birth and passed kidney stones, one of which had both at the same time.)

And then your usual slew of injuries, burned my fingers together when I was 11, had a rod go through my foot with I was 8, nail in the leg when I was six, got dumped when I was 16.... That was painful

The most excruciating pain I've had to endure was at the time I first fell in love. Every day for almost a year (give or take), I had this throbbing pain in my chest. I can't compare it to any physical injury.
