Not for awhile, Naurto, Bleach and One Piece are still running strong

Fairy Tail is not a Shounen Jump series (the big 3 is a manga concept for WSJ series, not an anime concept)
Ao no Exorcist is only 24-26 episodes, and also not a WSJ series.
Beelzebub is a candidate, but not quite there yet.

Toriko is next in line to take a spot in the big 3, it's even arguable that it's already there instead of Bleach (due to a Jump cover from a couple of months back).

Toriko has pretty much join the ranks of the Big 3 considering the manga is consistently among Jump's top 5 best sellers.

Just because something might have a lot of episodes doesn't mean they will become as immensely popular as Bleach or Naruto. Plus, we'll have to see where the anime version of Blue Exorcist is really headed and you can't rule out Nura either.

Umm no. One Piece will never be replaced.

But I can see Fairy Tail being one of the candidates, maybe it'll take Bleach's place someday. Beelzebub is also very popular, but it sucks so I don't give a damn about that thing. And Ao no Exorcist only has 24 episodes so.... It won't be very popular that long.

Fairy Tail probably will be. If Ao no Exorcist were to be extended then maybe, but I don't know if that's a possibility. If Beelzebub does then I think I'll cry.

Well having read the Fairy Tail Manga I think it does have a shot. The next arc in the story to be animated has the potential to do what the Alabasta Arc did for One Piece based on its massive scope. It may not be a Jump anime, but I don't think that neccesarily affects it's chances of reaching the same level of success that Naruto and Bleach have in Japan or even America. I doubt it will ever reach One Piece's level of popularity in Japan though. As for Ao no Exorcist and Beezlebub, while i like then both, no I don't see it happening.

Only Fairy Tail out of the 3 you wrote, has got a shot to be a big, worldwide known anime.

In my opinion, its the best anime out there, much better than Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and deserves a spot right next to them.

Fairy Tail is the closest to the concept of the Top Three despite the fact that it isn't part of WSJ. Beezebub's popularity is also very evident, but it's title itself won't make it popular with western audiences; which God-fearing mother in the UNited States would let their child watch an anime with that type of concept? That's a rhetorical question, incidentally.

Never is a long time. I will agree that nothing looks to knock it off its perch (in Japan) in the foreseeable future.

I noticed in the recent TV ratings in Japan it tied for the second most highest rated anime (it has long been a solid #3), and the manga sales there continues setting records, so it is still gaining strength.

ohh sorry, I totally forgot about toriko... I also loved that show coz it has "one piece" kind of story... and the characters are also almost as crazy as one piece... I won't be surprise if a couple of years from now it would be on the top just like the best selling manga of all-time, one piece.

It seems like whichever show appears on Adult Swim/Cartoon Network becomes popular in the states...think about it.
Bleach
Inuyasha
FLCL
Cowboy Bebop
FMA
Naruto
One Piece

Just to name a few.

I wish all animes had the same fighting chance!

I don't like One Piece, Bleach, or Naruto. I love Fairy Tail and Gintama, although.
