Hah... I got 0-1 two times, but I'm missing 1-1... we'll see if I can get it this last time around...
I have to say, the whole thing seems weighted towards the higher numbers in something like a 100-to-1 ratio. Guess that means only a few people will get a chance to win period  |

I have 21 pages of Vanguard's badges on my profile. That's 21 x 12 = ~250 badges.
And I'm still missing 2 badges: 0-2 and 1-1.

Yeah, with these contests you have to be uber lucky. You need to first get certain items that have a random drop chance then on top of that, that is just for the qualifiers. Then you have to get lucky again to win. :S
10 minutes left, no time to start a new episode so I have to hope on this one...

Having all 16 will count you in, too bad I couldn't get in either. I tried so hard and watched this anime about 3 times already, and still no luck, only got 8 badges :| . Good luck those that got in, you lucky Vanguards.
Edit: Really 0-1 being the hardest? That was my 8th badge yesterday, lol.

I'm guessing as long as you have all sixteen badges, they'll just run a query on the database in about a minute to see if you have it and enter you that way.
Edit: oh, also just managed to get in, took only 590 different viewings to pull it off |

I guess this was done to get the show into high views in order to get the anime state side. We will finally get some English cards :D.
