Sorry but sarcasm REALLY doesn't work too well on the internet. Everyone always assumes it does.

Soul Eater fans I swear....

You swear what? Is there a problem with us you would like to discuss?

actually i find the better part of soul eater is that a male and female can be close friends without having romantic feelings

They definitely have romantic feelings-otherwise their bond wouldn't be so deep.
Plus Maka wouldn't get so jealous.

Is that so? Judging by the bold characters, all caps, multiple exclamation points, and the random f bomb in the beginning of your post is what had me come to that conclusion.

I do that in parts of my posts to just empathize what I'm saying.

Excuse me for misjudging. Sometimes quotations are used to emphasize sarcasm. As far as I know, that's basic grammar and I assumed it would be obvious, apparently not.

I think italics work better.

Like this: 4Kids is so good at dubbing anime.

lol

jealous at whom? Eclair? That runt during the Envy Chapter?

*facepalm*

A certain slut called "BLAIR", maybe!?

i say they have a deep bond but not a romantic one. ur just fishing for another couple

They BOTH have romantic feelings for each other and anyone who hasn't noticed has to be more dense than a brick.
There's a spoiler in the manga where:

also i just looked at the genre of Soul Eater and it doesnt list it as romance

*facepalms again*
It doesn't have to be listed as "romance" for there to be couples IN IT. Full Metal Alchemist isn't listed as "romance" either but one so-called "fan-girl" pairing not only get together, they get married and have children!

There are two types of romances in anime.

The first type is the in-your-face with confessions and/or dramatic kissing or hugging.

The second type is much more subtle and not so in your face, never a kiss but possibly a hug and words like "we're always gonna be together" or "I'm here for you" or something like that.

If the anime in question does not have romance listed as its gender, it is likely to have "the second type" romance somewhere in it. UNLESS the creator comes out and says, "No, there is no romance in this" like how ONE PIECE's author did.

retracted on the grounds this not the place to discuss this i enjoy my anime/manga as romance free as possible unless i specifically choose otherwise. if i wanted to read a romance manga that is even remotely similar to soul eater, it would probably be elemental gelade, at least then i am prepared for what is to come.

clearly u choose to believe otherwise so be it only time and the author will tell
