For the life of me I can figure out how to add more favorites. The queue and watchlist is not useful to me as I roku mostly. only the roku lookup is a pain in the ass, but favorites help ease the pain. can anyone tell me how to add a show as a favorite?

It'll probably disappear on September 1st, but if you really want to: go to the manager, open Favorite Shows and click Edit. You can add items using the autocomplete dropdown box.

Thank you. I hope there is a plan to add the queue or something to the Roku feed. Netflix has a good interface that is searchable and you can mange the queue directly in it. Would be cool if CR was like that.

Couldn't agree more. ALL the device apps need some kind of user generated queue or list. Searching is okay if you know the exact title but with so many new shows being added I'd like to just defer to a list of my making.

Man I just joined this website and they're removing vital features.. why?

Favorites is the only way to quickly view the shows you want to see on the Roku player. It's a ridiculous pain in the ass to find it otherwise.

I guess you missed where they said the queue would be added to the Roku.

Of course, a lot of people missed where the following was added on August 10:

We have decided not to decommission Watchlist and Favorites any time soon.

It's already gone... I added a couple shows to my favorites via the above method last night and they still don't show up on my Roku player.

Major update to Roku is coming very very soon which will include access to the new Queue, new Search and completely new interface. So don't worry about adding things to your favorites and just work on adding the shows you want to watch to your Queue.

this may be a bit off subject is the queue only going to have legally streamed shows here or all of the old pages going to be deleted that have no videos on them?? I am just curious to see where this heading.

Haven't heard of any plans to delete the pages for shows we don't have but they will definitely be downplayed because it causes confusion. When a person who's new to the site sees these pages, they get confused about what we actually have and don't have. The new search I believe doesn't display titles we don't have by default but should allow you to see them if you choose to. Also I think you can't add shows we don't have to your Queue.
