Anyone else experience these.

1. When starting a video, sometimes the audio is all stuttery.

2. When leaving a video paused for quite a while, the audio does not play once resumed.

Refreshing the video fixes both of these so they aren't really problems.

The stuttery audio has only happened to me on computers with CCCP installed. But it could just be one of the codecs provided by CCCP so you may not necessarily need CCCP installed to experience this problem.

Pausing the video for a while does cause issues but I haven't done it too much to know if it causes the audio to stop working. This might be fixed when we get around to overhauling our video player, hopefully this year.

I guess my post i n the other thread on this subject was missed. I have the messed up audio at the start of the video on occasion and don't have CCCP installed. This has happened with Flash 10.x and Flash 11 beta.

Just wanted to mention that if I pause a video for a while sometimes I do have to reload it to get audio back.

I can back this up, It as in the studding audio happens almost 100% of the time on my netbook (dual core 1.6) when it tries to play 720p content, and it happens about 75% of the time when playing 480p content. This bug doesnt happen much on my desktop (oct core 3.8) id say probably 6% every 1 out of 16 videos.

No, my netbook does not have CCCP or FFdshow, my desktop only has xvid codecs installed to the system.

Also after about 2 hours, the audio just stops, this has happened sine I have been around here type of computer does not change this, tested on 4 different computers, running windows 7, one of which is a fresh install (windows + chrome).

Since you tried and "could not replicate" the bug on your computer, try with all of your processors pegged and the process that is running the flash on a lower priority than the program pegging your cores. Then refresh the video and odds are you will get the problem.

You guys need that new flash player!

There are no updates to report. When the video player is revamped, this will be looked into further.
