During the school week:

Breakfast:
Sausages and bread, sandwiches, leftovers

Lunch:
Chips, fruit snacks, cookies, granola bars, sandwiches

After practice I go home and eat a good home-cooked dinner or whatever my parents bring home.

Over the weekend I eat better though.

The only meal that has any consistency for me is breakfast. Except for the weekends, which are homemade waffles or pancakes my breakfasts are of the four: milk and cookies; egg sandwich and orange juice; yogurt, fruit and granola with orange juice; bagel and orange juice

Lunch falls into one of two categories:
Lunch: Dear God not the cafeteria; if I am lucky and can get out, I go to a restaurant near by.

Dinner is my most random meal. It can be almost anything.

High carbohydrate diet, vitamin fortified by fruits and vegetables. I make sure the saturated fat is around my 40% daily value, on days I'm off I make sure to lower my intake down to 30%/

On days I workout, I take protein bars and shakes with BCAAS supplements. I don't have a set diet plan long as it follows the general guidelines of my exercise requirements.

I have left overs and rice for breakfast and lunch while dinner is something home cooked from my mother. I usually snack on chocolate, nuts, fruits, cereal, sandwiches and cake. Sometimes I end up snacking more than what I eat for my meals... Haha. I don't really drink anything other than water.

I'm a borderline-vegan health freak, so I don't drink or smoke period.

Morning: coffee or tea, depending on the night before.

Breakfast shake with: raw amazonian cacao, royal jelly, maca powder, aloe vera, coconut oil, cayenne pepper, hawaiin sea salt, white matcha, banana, msm powder, local organic wildflower honey

Snack: some fresh sweet fruit, sometimes a blended mango melon shake if fate will have it.

Lunch: salad with avacado + coconut oil and lime juice with hemp seeds and chia seeds < awesome

Snack: protein shake with hemp powder, aloe vera gel and cucumber as the base. The occasional chlorella or kelp added for extra protein and trace minerals

dinner: this is where I cheat. Steamed rice, stir fry, quinoa, etc. Occasionally pizza if my family are holding something, but I always feel groggy the next day...

And I usually finish with a bowl of popcorn... or two. I'm seriously addicted to that stuff

I have veggies with every meal, no exceptions. I eat all kinds of meat daily (seafood too) except for swine. I'm watching out for carbs, so I haven't completely stopped pastas and rice but eat other meals more often.

I drink cordial, juice and water with the whimsical and occasional soft drink. I love milk. I love snacking with two Oreo's every night with milk. Peanuts too I love crunching them and having some tea on the side or apple mango juice.

I never let yummy stock from cooking go to waste. I freeze them and re-use them the following meal preparations. I love oranges and apples. I seldom take oats. When I do it's with sugar and avocado [drools (even less seldom)]. I love it but don't seem to take it often.

I buy quality but cheap so there won't regularly be a high variety of fancy fruits. Though when they're cheap I snatch them up. What else?... Egg and cheese. Lately I've had a knack for fresh carrots' juice.

My digestive system doesn't like me and so my diet is messed up because it has to change with how I feel. I have a gluten intolerance so I can't eat pasta, bread or anything that has wheat in it. I usually make a lot of soups and casseroles because they're filling. If I snack it's fruit, veggies, or rice based something. I make my own food and don't eat that much processed food because it's usually made with wheat. Compared to the others that have posted, my diet seems pretty healthy. I also consume mass water and decaf green tea. If I drink, it's usually sake or wine because they are good for you in moderation. mmm
