Oh god, I never knew....I drink Green Tea twice a day....o.o It's one of my most favorite drinks (other than black tea, water, milk, and smoothies).


Its great for people who have weight problems but if you're already skinny then 6 cups a day will pretty much melt away your fat/muslce mass.

Breakfast is usually a smoothie or protein bar and just water.
Lunch is usually a sandwich with veggies and some veg protein source of some sort or maybe a little pasta with lots of veggies(I love peanut noodles on top of a salad with lots of greens, carrot shreds, sprouts, and beets).
Dinner is usually not much different from lunch.
Usually have another small meal somewhere in there, another smoothie or some fruit, maybe a bowl of cereal(which I never have for breakfast, for some reason). I make miso soup with shirataki noodles(IE: anorexia soup) quite often as it's filling and warm and has very few calories.
I usually just drink water and tea or sometimes flavored soy milk(like strawberry or coffee). I drink coffee sometimes, but I cant handle much caffeine.

I don't like to eat too heavy because it makes me feel tired and gross. Also I don't do crap, so I'll get totally huge if I don't eat light. haha. I really like sweets, but I can't handle much sugar or it makes me feel sick. Sometimes I bake though, but not as often as I used to.

morning: protein drink, oatmeal or multigrain cereal, yogurt and boiled eggs

during school: protein bar, sandwich made from an ass load of sliced turkey breast and fresh spinach between two pieces of wholegrain bread and an ass load of carrots through out the day

after school: protein drink, and fruits n veggies, usually apples n bananas n celery n pears and carrots

dinner: varies alot but tends to involve chicken and an ass load of veggies

and maybe 2 or 3 hours before i go to sleep another protein drink

I don't eat breakfast in the weekends or when I'm vacation, 'cause I usually stay up late and wake up 3PM or so, and go straight for dinner.
Dinner, .... Salad with meat, or something. Depends. I don't really eat too much, I make food when my stomache start complaining like a betch.
Snax, CANDY, CHOCOLATE, OH HEAVEN!

And for drinks, I drink milk and tea. (mostly tea) Oh and yes, I always drink a small bottle of milk after a bath. *laughs*

Breakfast:
Rice w/ eggs, bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, spam
cereal
Lunch and dinner (pretty much the same):
Rice w/ fried fish, some sort of meat, eggs, soup
potstickers
sushi
burgers
hotdogs (w/ rice)
grilled cheese sandwich

so usually LOTS of rice, and also vegetables/salads with most of my meals

nada for breakfast or a honey pancake thingy

lunch some type of instant ramen the good kind you find in asian stores curry ramen is my favorite and kimchi , or a
cold cut sandwich

dinner... anything really.. i 'll eat mexican,any kind of asian thai, vietamese,korean, japense , chinese.... italion alot of it, american... french .. i cook so not really anything out of my reach as i have a asian market near me, a nice organic market, various grocery stores and a mexican one.

so far last weekand this weekend i ;ve had

spaghetti and italion sausage
from scratch burritos
sukiyaki
yakiniku
tilapia and couscous
omelette rice
chicken and dumplings

Breakfast - Granola Bar, Fruit and a Vitamin Water... also vitamin tablets if I can remember them
Lunch - Lean Pocket, sometimes a turkey sandwich or something
Dinner - whatever I'm making... a mix of all kinds of foods, but usually lower in calories and fairly healthy
Snacks - string cheese, kettle chips, fruit

This is at least how I eat now... I've lost 10 pounds since starting to eat like this a month ago... how I used to eat... bad... I'll leave it at that. lol.
