What is your daily diet like?

Diet? the key is to not go overboard with food and avoid fast foods/sodas/and greasy snacks, eat a lot of green vegetables and fruits and combine adequate protein, fats, and whole-food carbohydrates from vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds, and fruit at every meal.

Take breakfast every day. Finish eating at least 2 to 3 hours before bed. I do walk 30 minutes after dinner and that's all. I eat whatever I want(except for fast foods and sodas because I just don't like it and my stomach is not accustomed to those kinds of foods) and I just don't abuse or exaggerate...any obsession is bad.

My daily diet is usually pretty good and balanced C:
...But if you ask me what I ate today I feel disgusted with myself.

- no breakfast
- ben and jerry's ice cream, followed by chips for lunch
- crisp sandwhich for dinner

I am even craving for vegetables etc. ; ^ ;

Dieting is the worst thing a people can do to their bodies, specially those that contain vegetables everywhere I truly believe exercising is better.

Breakfast:
- Cereal with milk

Snack:
- Chocolate chips cookies + ice tea

Lunch:
- Rice, chicken, potatoes and lettuce

Snack:
- 1 apple, chocolate milk

Dinner:
- Rice, broccoli, celery, pork, lettuce

Lunch and Dinner depends on my father's cooking, and I eat snacks randomly.
My stomach really really can't stand other meals that aren't made by my father, so every time I stay in someone else's house I get stomachaches.

Always start the day with oatmeals and sour milk with some cinnamon.
A banana or apple around 09.00, lunch with salads, bread and maybe some warm food (whatever the cafeteria has to offer), more fruit around 13.00, dinner at 18.00 which can be anything I want.
I usually eat a lot of meat, but for the last 2 months I've only been eating vegetables and pasta/rice to save money.

Snacks are fruit and liquorice.

My diet hasn't been too balanced this summer, but in general, I try to eat a light breakfast and dinner (for example: cereal and milk, or a small sandwich), and I save my "full-course" meals (meat, veggies, grain, dessert) for lunchtime so my body can burn those calories during the rest of the day.

Breakfast:
Tea Milk, and a plain cupcake. or just hot milk.
Lunch:
Vegetables Soup and sometimes Curry Rice with chicken (the Lunch isn't always same).
Dessert:
A Slice of cake or Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream.
Dinner:
Nothing Specific, Maybe some fruits or Noodles

I don't diet and my body is good, i just try to not eat until i'm completely full it makes me feel sick

chiken

dinner:
usely what i ate for lunch i can't really eat late or i'll my stomach feels bad

and i don't need to diet cuz i play sports and i don't eat alot to get fat

BreakFast: 4 Slices Of Bread,1 Fried Egg,1 Slice of ham

Lunch:Usually it is Noodles

Dinner:Noodles as well so ya i guess my regular diet is 2 session of eating noodles

I am a noodles person

Only breakfast is routine-ish
cereal or toast n eggs, the rest of the day is just whatever thing i have in the fridge <3
