>in a bowl, heat about 500g of white chocolates... (do not put the chocolates in direct heat or you'll burn it!)
>when it's already melted, add in some corn flakes and stir.

how to cook one of my favorites "Rellenong Talong (Stuffed Eggplant)"

6 medium eggplants (aubergines)
2 tablespoons corn oil
½ medium onion, minced
6 cloves garlic, minced
500 g (1 lb) minced pork
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
60g (½ cup) corn oil for frying
Chopped tomato, to garnish (optional)
Chopped spring onion, to garnish (optional)

*Grill eggplants until soft, about 10 minutes each side. Peel but do not remove stems. Flatten eggplants with the back of a fork into fan-like shape. Set aside.

*In a frying pan, heat corn oil for 1 minute. Sautè onion until soft, then add garlic and sautè until fragrant.

*Add the minced pork and cook until it turns brown and loses its raw color. Remove from heat.

*Beat eggs in a shallow bowl. Dip the flattened eggplants in the beaten eggs. Spoon some of the cooked pork in to each eggplant and season with salt. Dredge with flour so the pork will adhere to the eggplant.

*Heat oil in a wok, then fry the eggplants one or two at a time until brown. With a heat-proof spatula turn eggplants over to brown the other side. Remove from pan and drain paper towels.

*If desired, garnish with tomato and spring onion and serve.

Edited ~ this is the easiest food i can cook ... LOL

just want to share my fave snack, this is so easy to make..
best match with bake mac or chicken macaroni salad. or spaghetti
or can be served as pica-pica..

ROLLS ni Titang ( dts how my family named it. i can't find any good name for it)

Ingredients:
* 24 slices of flattened(by a rolling pin) tasty bread.(preferably Gardenia or Swiss Cottage)
* 12 pcs. hotdog (reg. size),cut lengthwise
*2 packs of Eden Singles Cheese ( cut into 2)
* 12 slices of cooked ham. (cut into 2)
* 1 large size bell pepper, julliene cut (thinly sliced)
* oil for deep frying

Dip
* 3 pcs Egg, well beaten
*3/4 cup evap milk.
* bread crumbs,plain

Procedure

1. Arrange 1 slice of ham, a slice of hotdog, a slice of cheese and bell pepper in the flattened tasty bread.
2. Roll it up tightly.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beaten egg and condensed milk.
4. Dip the rolls in the mixture.Covering the whole roll with milk and egg.
5.Then roll it in plain breadcrumbs.
6. Let it stand for atleast an hour.( to dried up..it doesnt sip much oil when its a bit dried up)
7. Lastly, deep fry until golden brown.Drained the excess oil using a paper towel.( make sure the oil is really hot, so that the rolls wont aborb the oil)
8. Cut diagonally, and serve hot.

thats it!..im not good in making recipes,i just know how to do it..but i find it hard to explain..
there are so many versions of it..you can have ur own.

ahmm... i know how to cook a hotdog!

ingredients needed:
- hotdog (best if tender juicy + cheesedog + make hiwa at both ends)
- oil (not olive oil - too expensive)

Procedures:
- open frying pan
- put oil
- saute oil
- wait for 5 mins
- put hotdog
- do not stop rotating hotdog~!!!
- wait until you see the cheese comes out in hotdog
- that's the time your hotdog is well-cooked and ready to eat~!! tadaaa~!!
