I don't care for cooking. I just heat stuff up on the microwave.

There are three (possibly more) threads about cooking. I only know three myself. Recipes, which is much further back. One about whether or not your parents can cook, and one about whether or not you love cooking.

I don't think it'd be too much to ask to use the search engine?

i cook, worst catastrophe involved a new cooker, wall and gas in pipe being put it,,, they forgot to tell me not to put the gas directly over the old oven they had and apparently it can hit the pipe to the back of the cooker and explode slightly:(. (luckily no one was injured)

best food, enligh breackfast in my opinion cant be beated home cooked.

hard to make food, idk the name but its italian and took 3 days to make it so be happy and eat it ffs¬¬. (people left some T.T)

greatest masterpiece something akin to a white chocolate base with strawberry cream iceing on top with lots of hills etc then made snowmen children playing etc (aka......... i made a giant christmas sweat one christmas) it looked great and tasted good so it was a success. unfortuneatly i made it a bit too big and we couldnt finish it cuz it was so sweet.

One time I tried to make mashed potatoes out of the box with only oil, and butter. I added pepper flakes, too. I gave a bowl to some chick, who quickly ran into the turlet and coughed it up. It was a party. Don't eat or drink things Men give you.

I sure do love to cook and bake. I must say this is probably one of the few best topics I have seen yet. One of my first accidents... mistaking the measurement of salt for the measurement of sugar when I baked a blueberry pie. Turned out real salty. Too bad, I had to dump it.

Might as well not care to live because the microwave is evil.

I personally hate cooking but I can cook like no other. My worst moment cooking was when i wanted to put my hot sauce packet in the microwave and it caught on fire in 2 seconds. I didn't know it had metal inside the lining of the packet. As for my best cooking creations I've made stir fry, healthy chicken nuggets, and homemade gumbo.

your story reminds me of a time when I accidently mistaken salt for sugar and lets say my oatmeal didn't taste so good :P

I love to cook, was a chef for a few years at a restaurant. My most complicated dish was pan seared duck breast over buttered escarole, baked french bread toast, poached egg, sauce maltaise and cassis reduction.

I do a lot of cooking and baking. My worst experience is forgetting the sugar in homemade brownies. Worst thing that could happen...other than the 5ft gyser of hot oil while cooking home made fries. Luckily, nothing caught on fire. As for a best recipe, I'll have to say Spanish Wedding Cookies which somehow got renamed to "Crackballs" whenever I make them.

I mostly cook Chinese and Japanese cuisine. My favorite stuff to make I'd have to say is a tie between char siu bao or chicken nyumen. To me, food like that is easy to make. I have difficulty making things simple like steak or regular macaroni noodles. Some of my biggest or perhaps most annoying mishaps would be cutting myself peeling the skin off an onion or opening a cup of noodles and somehow the plastic cut me. Both times, the little cut was deep enough that it drew a small drop of blood. I actually have yet to have any serious accident while cooking. Worst so far was slicing my thumb when I was sharpening a knife.

I love cooking. I learned much from my mom and dad since I spent a lot of time in the kitchen when I was younger, so I learned how to prepare just about everything they've ever fixed. It's your basic variety from standard American foods, Italian, Mexican, and Oriental like haumburgers, spaghetti, tacos, and the like.

I've never really had a worst moment in cooking.

My favorite meal to cook are either Chili with butter fried corn cakes or BBQ Chicken on the grill with cucumber salad, pirogies, and corn on the cob.

Simple, I know, but I enjoy fixing them a lot.
