I love cooking! It's very relaxing, and offers very tangible rewards! Worst moment? Setting the stove on fire while learning to cook pork chops. . .

I love to cook! Due to being Vegan I have to cook a lot from scratch...I'm no chef but I can make quite a lot of things now.
I've recently became quite interested in Vegan Baking too.

Hey, that's good, because believe it or not, there's a lot of microwave-cooking cookbooks that you can use to cook all kinds of delicious food. ^__^

Im actually a cook so I only truly cook for special occasions cause I cook 80 hours a week. Worst thing that has happened while cooking was when I was sautéing some white fish and the dishwashers lost or fish spatula that slits in it so oil can drain out, so i used a normal one and all the oil went on the spatula then on to my hand. It was a pretty bad burn but I got to home early. Also I still finished the dish when I burnt my hand.

Ahh..yes!
Forgot about those.
You do mean those instant noodles right? (pour in hot water, cover lid for 5 minutes and then serve).

lol, I literally meant heat stuff up in the microwave! Y'know those instant food packages? The "heat-and-eat" varieties you can find in the frozen isle of a super market!

Well I am a Chef/cook in real life ( I say cook/chef because some chefs get pissed off being called a Cook )

Im filipino but I live in England But I cook French food wierd right ? haha For me my favourite cuisine are Indian,French, turkish and Italian

Im sad to say Im not too fond of Filipino food (except for lechon, adobo and batchoy yumm!) and having travelled to South east Asia we filipinos have alot to learn from the Thais and Vietnamese cooking .

There a reason why you dont see alot of Filipino restaurants around the world even though theres more filipinos Immigrants combined than other asians groups apart from the Chinese Immigrants .

and Living in England I also apprecate a good ol British Food Nothing beats a good ol stake ale pie as the British would say !!

So, do you use tofu or flax seed to replace the eggs in your baking? Personally I prefer using flax seed.
